Amazing water views from the balcony! The room was clean and very centrally located. The pools were great with a convenient bar/grill by the pool at Tower 1. This is a large property so be prepared to walk a bit to get to your car, tothe beach and other amenities of the condo.

The room was not clean when we arrived at 330 pm. No one started cleaning until 450pm. We were able to get in room @ 530pm

We loved this room..it was beautiful..clean and omg the view...only thing is it would be nice if u had a stick vaccum or a mop vacuum to clean up the floors ...and the AC was a pain ..always woke up in middle night hot in the master room and all other rooms was cool ...sometimes the whole unit wouldnt work..it needs some attention..but our stay was great and we will stay with u all again!!

The beach view was great! However, the property wasn’t very clean the bathrooms were gross and the dishes had been put away with food on them and cups in the cabinet filled with sand. Nothing extra was provided if you plan an extended you’ll have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. as you are only provided one trash bag and leftover rolls of toilet paper from previous vacationers.

Great week for family vacay! Condo wasn’t in the best shape and needs some attention with painting and decoration. Couches need cleaned and were pretty nasty. Needs new pillows and more bathroom towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Bare minimum in the kitchen. Broken glass cups in kitchen but I threw the 2 glasses away so no one o would get cut. The cleaners couldn’t have swept and mopped it was really sandy when we got in there on checkin day. The master bedroom did sleep well! We did have a great vacation week. Love the pools and access to beaches. I evidently missed checkout time because it’s always been 10 am and say that on website. We had to checkout at 9 am. First time ever coming to PCB. I feel like we pay enough for condo so I didn’t want to pay more to check out later. Nothing ever keeps me from coming to PCB. Elevators are very quick and that is definitely a PLUS. Just want to be honest in reviews. Great week in all! Thanks for sharing your condo.

My family and I had a great time. The room was just not very clean, the A/C didn't seem to keep up always seemed humid in the room.

!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

1st - upon arrival on day 1 in our condo , the air conditioning was not working. The Host said they would send someone out but didn’t . We had to get people that works at Majestic crew and security to help fix it . 2nd - abt two hours in our condo, the master toilet flooded the entire condo , our luggage they was still on the floor unpacked , our bed sheets , and the condo below us, etc!! I contacted the Host again and told them the issues and demanded a new room or a refund and after being on the phone with VRBO and the host for hours , the Host told me to “ just evacuate the room “ with attitude and then hung up on me !! 3rd- the pics and info of this room is terribly misleading. I’ve stayed at the Majestic off and on for 22 years but never through this management company called ECDI !! The entire condo was nasty , unclean from previous tenants , water damage throughout , broke and rusty doors on cabinets and furniture , I keep going on and on . Long story short , my family and I vacated the building and moved into another condo down the street ! We haven’t received a refund yet but VRBO is investigating this claim I filed ! Hopefully this helps the next person !!!

The overall resort was very well kept and clean I wish I could say the same about the condo we were assigned! Upon entry, the door was all black and was in need of a good cleaning and repainting. Inside the unit there was mold growing all over in the bathroom and on the ceiling. The walls had several patch marks that had never been painted. As I could go on and on, but I was not happy with the unit at all.

Great but needs a better cleaning company!

Great resort and security. Great location and beach access. The room itself was nice but needs help. Not very clean at check-in. Not well stocked for guest. Not even enough silverware and cups for 3 people. At least one coffee and coffee filter or extra trash bag would have been nice to have. I don't if the room was even cleaned before check-in as there was sand on the floors and cig butts and bottle caps on the balcony as well as wads of hair in the shower drains and empty shampoo and body wash containers. Otherwise, the Majestic Resort is very nice. Would stay again but in a different room.

Terrible unit, great location

This unit was not nice. The track for the patio door was just black, the curtain in the master bedroom looked like someone had used it for toilet paper, there is mold in the shower, looks like a child wrote on the walls in the master with red marker, paint is missing on the walls. It looks like there was water damage that was never repaired. The washer and dryer were rusty to the point rust would flake off into the washer and the agitator didn’t work. They did replace the washer and dryer in the unit after I contacted them a second time. The code we were provided to check in did not work when we arrived. We finally got in and then received a text a few days later that they were changing the entry code but they never actually did.The pots and pans are some old teflon pans that are peeling unless you use a large stainless stock pot.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Beach Resort. This was our 2nd year to stay there. We were disappointed that on our first day on the beach (sunday) we were unable to rent chairs because there was no one there until 1230. We went to Walmart to buy chairs and umbrella. Monday was the same, they showed up late again also. Rest of the week, the chairs were set up between 9 and 930. The condo was great. There were several remote controls on the table and 3 without backs to hold batteries in place. We will stay there again next year.

Spacious room!

Overall very nice. The room had plenty of room to accommodate guests. Feel like some spots could have been cleaned better but overall good and the location of condo was perfect.

If you are looking for “alone time” with your significant other without alerting the rest of the guests in the rental, then this is not for you. The bed in the master is the noisiest bed I have ever laid in. The tv volume was almost non existent in the master also. The sofa/sofa bed were both completely worn out. Not the cleanest rental. There was something pink sprayed on a few walls, and the refrigerator was missing the handle.The location and beach were good.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was not worth the rates I paid to stay for the week. I came to enjoy my vacation not smell and live in mold for the week. The front bathroom had mold all around the bottom of tub and trim and in the front bedroom closet that was attached. When I brought it to attention the lady told me she would let maintenance know and a manager would be giving me a call. I have yet to hear from anyone. All maintenance did was leave me a note on how they sprayed down the drain to take the smell away. The issue wasn’t the smell but the actual MOLD itself. There was also marker on walls in two rooms, hole in closet, trim was terrible throughout the unit, no faceplate on one of the outlets, remotes did not work, no handle on the refrigerator door. This unit was not a rentable unit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleaning service for this room was not that great 2 beds were still dirty when we arrived and had to call about it which they sent cleaning service quickly. Also had trouble out of a shower not wanting to drain and someone was supposed to look at it but don’t know if they did cause it still didn’t drain for the whole week we stayed. It could use more space in the small bedrooms for putting and organizing clothes not much there.
