Accommodating a maximum of 8 guests, ‘Paradise Palms' provides all the modern comforts of home within a resort setting! Located 20 minutes from the Main Gate of Walt Disney World, our home offers everything you could want with a superior location, resort amenities and a comfortable, fully furnished home.

The homes fabulous, open plan, single story layout boasts plenty of natural light and views of the sparkling pool & deck.
The modern & well stocked kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities to prepare meals with the bonus of a large breakfast bar seating 6. There is also an additional formal dining table with seating for 8.

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!
The cosy lounge area to the rear of the home offers plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screened TV, perfect for family nights in. Sliding patio doors lead straight onto the screened pool deck allowing you to watch the kids play in the pool or soak up the last of the day’s sun.

The private pool area is fenced for security and there is plenty of seating for lounging & relaxing after a busy day and perfect for enjoying the warm Florida evenings! The pool & spa can be heated upon request and 48 hours prior to arrival & BBQ Grills can be provided upon request for you to enjoy grilling during your stay.

To the rear of the home there is a private master suite with sliding doors that lead straight onto the pool deck. The master bedroom also has its own large, ensuite bathroom with stunning walk in shower, WC, dual basins and a flat screen TV.

At the front of the home there is a beautifully decorated second master bedroom, with Queen bed, large closet and smart TV.

There are a further two bedrooms with 3 sets of bunk beds, one with a full bed and trundle perfect for family get togethers! One of the bedrooms has a smart TV and both have spacious closets.

These bedrooms have access to a separate full bathroom with dual vanity, wc and tub.

All bedroom suites are complete with pillows, bed linens, blinds, nightstands, a bedside lamp and most have a mirror, overhead fan, as well as a closet with hangers and extra pillows. All bathrooms feature towels, face cloths, hair dryers, hand soaps, 1 roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag in each bin.

The home has cable TV and many of the TV’s have smart tv access. High speed Wireless internet service is also available throughout the home.
The home comes complete with laundry room, washer & drier for use during your stay along with plenty of extra towels and linens should you require them.

The converted garage games room is perfect for family fun and there is a pool table, dart board and JBL Party Box & Microphone, fun for all the family to enjoy!

The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers, cribs and high chairs for your convenience during your stay. Any additional requirements can be arranged upon request.

Our modern home also has an Electric Vehicle charger located in the garage with up to 40amp Nema plug 14-50. (Please advise in advance of arrival if you wish to use this during your stay and additional costs may apply)

Other things to note

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7. This will be a self-catering house. We supply the home with one roll of toilet paper per toilet, one roll of paper towels, guest soaps for each sink, two garbage bags and one dishwashing tablet. Please bring or purchase other personal items that you require.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
