Great stay

This is a well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. The host was accommodating and allowed us an early check in due to our early fight arrival. It is well situated with nearby restaurants, Target, CVS, and Trader Joes. We’d love to return to this VRBO!

Great Stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit. Clean, modern, comfortable bed, convenient location for us. The apartment was missing drinking glasses but we used coffee mugs (3) or wine glasses (3). We would definitely return!

Great central location!

I had a great time staying at this property. The apartment was great! It was a bit of a struggle checking in only because there was construction at the time that closed all the street parking around the building, but the host was available to help walk me through the process. Great central location to everything in Los Angeles. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you!

Wonderful location and property!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! This property is centrally located to many main attractions. It was clean, new, quiet, and safe. We were able to relax and make use of the space quite well. The dedicated parking space is very close to the apartment. Our host answered us quickly and took wonderful care of us! He even supplied a steamer at my request. He went above and beyond!! This property is within walking distance to some very hip and unique cafes and restaurants. We loved it!

Better than expected!

I was so pleasantly surprised that it ended up being more cute than i pictured. It’s a great location. As a single female i felt safe in this area. It’s close to target and trader joes and I walked to The Grove from there easily. There is a waffle spot across the street that was awesome! The hosts were excellent. Their response time was so prompt. I used both the fitness centre and the pool/hot tub and they were all in great condition. The hosts were so gracious in a last minute request for my last day. I highly recommend this spot!

Very nice!

It was a great location to the wedding we went to (just down the block!) super nice apartment, pretty clean, just a couple little things such as cleaning out the coffee pot would’ve been nice or dusting but both didn’t effect us. Great pool and hot! The gym was also a bonus. We enjoy the little walk to target to get groceries. Overall, fantastic place and would come again when LA! For the owner, maybe put together a binder of things you’d like cleaned or do at the end of the stay, what amenities are close or near by, must see sites near, or a message from you guys. We’ve seen these binders at other VRBOs and they are so handy. 😊

Massive building, poor signage

The host was very responsive and thank heavens or we 1.) wouldn't have found our apartment; 2.) wouldn't have been able to access the internet; or 3.) figure out the parking remote and fob for entry. The building is very large and our apartment was on the mezzanine level, not accessible by all elevators. We were told to go to the elevator by room 370, yet the signage in the halls does not show a direction nor any numbers that high. Had to ask another tenant. A few things would help: 1. Clear and detailed instructions about the building layout, the fob that works on entry doors, and which entry to use to access the mezzanine from the garage.2. Internet instructions.The apartment was mostly clean except the bathroom needs attention (thick dust on the exhaust fan; hair buildup on the floor in the corners; only one roll of toilet paper and a few kleenix in the box; no hand soap or shampoo (finally found the shampoo under the sink and an empty large soap refill (added water for residue)).
