Esta casa de montaña de 3 niveles es perfecta para grandes reuniones familiares. Hay una gran sala de comedor combinado con hermosas vistas de las montañas. Hay una sala de estar / estudio independiente en la planta baja con un bar, una mesa de billar y una bañera de hidromasaje ubicada en la terraza acristalada. Hay 2 chimeneas interiores y muchos detalles hermosos de madera. La casa se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa privada y cuenta con 10 pases de playa para la temporada. Split Rock Lodge y el nuevo parque H2O se encuentran a 5 minutos en coche. Split Rock también cuenta con una sala de cine, sala de videojuegos, gimnasio y toneladas para disfrutar durante todo el año. Solo 3 millas a Jack Frost y 2 millas a Big Boulder. This house is just gorgeous. It is warm and cozy and so beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were a group of 9 plus a dog ages from 80 to 9. Everyone loved the house. The hot tub was awesome and spotlessly clean. The pool table and axe throwing was a huge hit with the kids. The only thing we did not use was the pickleball due to the snow but it looked great. The beds were super comfy and the linens were really nice quality which I appreciated very much. The kitchen was very pleasant to cook in. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.

This was a lovely place to spend a family Christmas. The younger folks loved the hot tub. The old folks loved the fireplace and the welcoming family room. The kitchen was well stocked. There was room for all of us!

The house was clean yet pet friendly which can be hard to find. We loved the hot tub and fire pit under the string lights at night. It was beautiful. We also spent a lot of time in the game room. We had the best time!

Such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable and decorated for Christmas which added to its charm. Plenty of space for 11 people to comfortably sit and hangout. The hot tub was wonderful as well! The host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We would absolutely book another stay here and would highly recommend to others!

The house was exactly as advertised. The host was in contact during the stay to make sure everything was going well and available if we needed him. Absolutely beautiful home & location. We didn't need to contact the host for anything, but he sent messages saying to reach out if needed.The hot tub, game room & cozy living room area were used a lot during our weekend stay. Many visits from the local deer.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This home was perfect for hosting our first women's retreat, something we hope to make an annual event. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and more than enough room to accommodate the 6 of us. This time of year was beautiful, morning yoga on the pickleball court was amazing, and we all enjoyed ending our night with a fire and smores. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect Poconos getaway.

Had a fabulous time staying with my family of 12 . We came here to spend some quality with my family prior to my wedding and boy this place delivered . It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The home is absolutely perfect, the location is perfect and the back drop is pure serenity. We loved our time there and cannot wait to go back 10/10 stay.

It was such a peaceful and beautiful place. Enough space for everyone to have their own time. We were able to meet some lovely neighbors and even see a bear and a couple of deer. My favorite part was the walk to the lake. Plan to visit again.

We had a wonderful family reunion vaction. The place was perfect for the 10 of us. The pickle ball court was the highlight, however it is a little dangerous with the sudden drop off. The hot tub was a great escape after some hard games. The gathering area outside was so tranquil, We had a fire pit everynight. Davis was an attentive host, always responding in a timely friendly manner. The only downfalls were that the kitchen pots and pans and other things were put away dirty and the bear getting into the trashcan eventhough it was secured was a unwelcome mess. Overall, I would love to stay there again anytime. We made great core memories on this trip that I will treasure always.

We gather as a family every summer - between 12 and 15 of us - and I can’t say enough good things about this property. The pickleball court, the fire pit and outside seating, well-stocked kitchen, pet bowls, crates, and large outside kennel, free beach passes (the beach is lovely), games, books, hot tub, easy walking and biking right outside the door, I could go on and on . . . We took advantage of many of the attractions near by - Jim Thorpe train ride, Bethlehem, Pocono Raceway ride along experience, Split Rock Golf Course (super friendly and not expensive), coal mine tour, Nick’s restaurant, mini golf, and more.Davis is a wonderful owner - his main goal is to make sure his guest’s vacations are the best they have ever had. And it was definitely that for us. His quick responses and attention to detail - A

Cool Kids house

We held a family get together where there were 2 other homes that were rented. Everyone wanted to visit because of the features (Hot Tub, Pickleball Court, Pool Table) and the general vibe of the house. It is a unique older home that makes it seem more like a family cabin.

Great spot for a family get-together!

My family and I had a great time staying at this rental. There are plenty of gathering spots, including a huge dining room table, a living room, and seating areas outside by the fire pit and hot tub. There is even a tennis court. The kitchen was great and fully stocked. There was plenty of room for sleeping with five bedrooms across three floors. My only complaint was that one of the upstairs bedrooms did not have air conditioning, and it was very hot to sleep in, although we were there during a particularly hot week. The other top-floor bedroom had an a/c with a great deck and chairs looking out into the woods. The house felt a bit like being in a treehouse. The living room on the main floor had an a/c and was comfortable and the bottom floor was cool enough. We had one child who turned 2 while we were there and we had to watch her carefully with the stairs and tripping hazards throughout. I would recommend this for three years old and up. Finally, the owner was immediately responsive to a question about the beach and even mailed me items left behind. Recommened rental!

Great getaway!

A perfect cabin for a friends getaway. Great space, lots of room, and very cozy!Be advised, you need to bring your own towels. It says that in the listing, but it’s easy to miss!
