Esta hermosa casa de montaña está ubicada entre Big Boulder y Jack Frost Ski Resorts, en Lake Harmony. A pocos pasos de la playa privada de Lake Harmony. Usted puede disfrutar de una vista de invierno de Big Boulder Ski Area desde la cubierta trasera privada. Cuenta con 6 habitaciones, 3 baños completos, una gran sala familiar con una hermosa chimenea de piedra y una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, tablero de dardos y 50 en HDTV con Blue Ray y servicio de transmisión para usar con sus cuentas de Netflix y Amazon. ¡Justo al lado de la sala de juegos hay un patio cubierto separado y un jacuzzi! Todo perfecto para grandes reuniones familiares. Las 6 habitaciones incluyen 2 habitaciones tamaño king, 2 habitaciones tamaño queen y 2 habitaciones con literas dobles o completas. Una de las camas Queen está en el nivel inferior con acceso común a un baño completo que puede hacer en privado por la noche. Hay un sofá cama adicional en la sala de juegos.

Fuera de la casa cuenta con una amplia terraza con una gran mesa de picnic y una parrilla de gas weber y un pozo de fuego al aire libre. Nuestra casa está a minutos de Jack Frost Mt. y Big Boulder 5-10 min a ambos. Camelback monte. a solo 25 min de distancia.

Lake Harmony Estates cuenta con una playa de arena comunitaria privada con voleibol. El alquiler incluye el acceso a las pistas de tenis privadas. Disfrute de toda la diversión que Lake Harmony tiene para ofrecer: restaurantes, esquí, natación, paseos en bote, caminatas. ¡Split Rock Lodge también cuenta con una sala de cine, una sala de videojuegos y el nuevo parque acuático cubierto!

Kathy's place was awesome for my large group of friends. It had all the basics which was super helpful, and plenty of storage. The individual heated rooms was really great - everyone could adjust to their preference. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Having a separate game room where the door could be closed was amazing. And the extra drink fridge was perfect! No need to use the main fridge for any beverages. We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

This vacation home comfortably hosted 13 men for a large friend gathering. When we arrived the home was clean and bright, and felt even bigger in person than from the photos. The deck, fire pit, living room, and game room made for great gathering spaces, and despite our great number we could all eat together in the dining room. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. Between the kitchen and grill we had everything we needed to cook all 8 meals from our stay at home. Kathy was a communicative and helpful host. We would definitely rent here again.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The house was well furnished and had lots of space for our family to spread out. Playing pool, darts, corn hole, and connect 4 kept everyone entertained. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. The area was also very pretty and there was plenty to do with the lake and local bars and restaurants. I would definitely like to stay here again and would try to book this same house.

Wonderful stay

This was a great property with plenty of room for us our children and grandchildren. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in the Poconos area. Close to all the ski resorts. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Lake Harmony Stay

Great place to stay, entire family enjoyed themselves immensely. Game room was a big hit, wish there was a little more room gor cornhole play, but worked out great. Would definitely recommend to stay at Lake Harmony to anyone.

Wonderful vacation home in a great neighborhood

This was an excellent vacation home for our family/friends. It was clean and well maintained and quite spacious. It's not easy to find homes with this many bedrooms and this one offered it and the space throughout the rest of the home to accommodate. The neighborhood is also really fantastic with close proximity to key things and everything you would need. The owners were also very responsive and helpful both before and throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Didn't think we needed to pack traps and a hammer!

The house is in a nice, wooded neighborhood with deer and other wildlife we even saw a big black bear. The small beach and the lake are very close. We took a walk every day around the neighborhood. And we found plenty of family-friendly activities nearby. The kitchen was stocked, and the furniture was in good shape. However, we did experience several problems the most traumatic was mice. Late Sunday night we saw one running across the kitchen floor. The host assured us it was an isolated situation, just a field mouse. But the next morning we purchased two traps. So, glad we did because we trapped 3 mice in the same area and had to send several emails and pictures before the host took the situation seriously enough to call in a professional pest service. Their slow reaction was very unacceptable and upsetting. The other major problem was a piece of trim with exposed nails. It was around the door of one of the kid's rooms. Again, the host was informed on Sunday, but the handyman did not come until Wednesday. Again, this was a very unacceptable slow reaction to a safety issue. Some of the other concerns... a reaped shower curtain liner; dirty coffee maker; broken freezer door handle; and the floor of the outside trash bin was so full of loose trash that we could not set the trash cans upright. The host had a real opportunity to wow us...but unfortunately, they missed the mark! Due to their slow response time and lack of attention to details.

Good stay for 3 families from 3 different states!

We especially loved the setting and the floor plan. I would give it a rating of 9 out of 10 for our family. The only problems was that the table did not sit 13 people and that there was no other table for puzzles or games. Luckily a late arrival solved that problem bringing another table with him. The bedrooms were great. All 13 people slept in beds. The pool table was greatly enjoyed!! We definitely would rent the house again!

Lots of snow and fun

Three family groups had a fantastic time at this property. This house is so comfortable but we several areas to spread out if needed. Family friday spaghetti dinner was enjoyed around the large dining table followed by a pool competition. We were lucky to get a ton of snow and the property owners were very conscience about clearing the driveway and walkways for us, much appreciated. The winter views from the hot tub are outstanding and we even had fireworks over big boulder to enjoy. We are already planning next year!

Winter Get-away with Friends

Great place! We've rented the Chalet several times and have never been disappointed. The place is clean and well-equipped, with ample space and bedrooms for our crew of 9, including 4 couples. The location is convenient for restaurants and casino's!

Perfect house, size and location

The owner was easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described and well layed out. It was very clean inside and out. We had a group of 6 couples. We each had our own room and there was plenty of space in the dining room, living room and game room. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was close to everything. We definitely highly recommend the house and the host Kathy.

Great weekend

Our group has rented multiple houses in this neighborhood over the years and we all agreed this was one of the best. Very clean with hood quality bed linens provided (and beds made). Everything was updated but house was still cozy and confortable. Main living room was surrounded by windows with an adjacent seating area by the big gas fireplace. Great views of Big Boulder slopes from both living room and hot tub, which was very clean and had an easy to use cover (not always the case). Well stocked kitchen. With each room having its own heat control everyone was able to set their preferred sleeping temperature. Tim and Kathy were great communicators and very accommodating.

Originally born and raised is the area, we spend all over our winters enjoying both Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski areas. In the summer we enjoy everything outdoors, to include the great fishing in the area, multiple lakes, hiking, kayaking, Pocono Raceway and whitewater rafting.

What we love about this home is unique landscape in which it is nestled into the woods. Large boulders frame the home. Your time outdoors is in privacy on the rear deck overlooking a winter view of Big Boulder Ski area, or quietly enjoying the summer foliage and outdoor fire pit and hot tub.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is cozy but offers enough space for 2 families with 2 living areas, large outdoor deck and a separate deck under roof for our new hot tub. WE also LOVE the natural boulders that surround our home.
