This fabulous home has undergone a full renovation to make it modern, comfortable and cozy! Since we are in the country:
*You may see a few bugs or critters! We have the house sprayed regularly inside and out and also leave bug spray for your personal use as well!
*Cell service can be spotty in certain areas
*Internet is strong but currently limited to 2-3 devices at a time
Welcome to the country!

A $500 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 10. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.


SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
