Phinny’s Retreat is located on a beautiful waterfront acreage in the picturesque countryside of Hope River. The property is very private, yet conveniently located between Stanley Bridge and Cavendish. It’s just a 10 minute drive to the gorgeous Cavendish beaches (so you’re close to the ocean) and beautiful water views can be enjoyed from the front yard and bonfire area.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms), two full bathrooms and sleeps 6.

The spacious entry leads into a beautiful and very efficient custom kitchen with a large window looking out to the water. The island and lots of counter surface provide for plenty of prep space and the pantry closet has loads of room for food & beverage storage. This nautically decorated open concept room is adjacent to the dining area with a pedestal table & seating for 6. Two additional stools are added at the Island and there is an AC unit that cools the kitchen, dining & living spaces.

Beyond the dining area is the very bright waterfront living room with its great views through expansive windows. Double French doors lead to the spacious waterfront deck and BBQ area. The living room will be refurnished /redecorated early spring 2024.

The master bedroom (king bed) is located off the living room with a full ensuite bath. The additional two bedrooms, second full bathroom and full laundry facilities are just beyond the dining area at the back of the cottage.

Phinny’s Retreat is a new listing with weeks available. It is complete with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, wifi, smart TV’s, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a propane BBQ and a bonfire pit.
