It's a great location with everything we need. A cozy cottage that is very quiet and close to Green Gabel and beaches.

We stayed here four nights in August. We were two adults and two kids. Quiet spot with a large front yard. Everything you needed was in the cottage. It felt like home. All activities in Cavendish were very close. Loved staying here.

A perfect week

This was our first time coming to PEI, and this place was a perfect location. Central to all the cavendish activities and also quiet and cozy. We had a fantastic time. Jay the property manager was quick to reply and so helpful. Both he and Annie the host gave great recommendations to ensure we had all we need!

Cavendish Cottage

Great little cottage, clean and well-stocked, well furnished. Calm neighbourhood, and close to all the cavendish tourist destinations. We’ll consider it next time we stay on the island!

I have nothing to complain about with this accomodation. It was relatively easy to find, and the description and photos of the place were very accurate. It was a great launch point to visit the island with a number of attractions a short distance away. Thanks to the host. You were very quick to respond and we don't have any issue with recommending and returning when we visit the island again. Thanks.

Just what we needed!

My best friend and I were in search of an escape where we could relax, play a little golf, and enjoy the beach. This cabin provided the perfect location and opportunity for us to achieve all 3! We will be back!

Simplicity and Charm!

We stayed at the cottage for our visit to PEI, my son had a hockey tournament at UPEI. We traveled back and forth to Charlottetown, saw a good amount of the island. Cavendish has a beautiful beach, many good eateries and trails for walking. The cottage is nestled off the main road, behind a RV park, a dirt road takes you to your location which offers you a quiet, relaxing stay. It had all we needed! Thank you, Annie!

Clean cute cottage

The cottage is exactly as advertised. Very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Cute and cozy. Big yard with seating on front porch, under the trees and around a fire pit. We enjoyed having a fire in the evening. It’s close to all of the Anne of Green Gable tourist locations, beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. Communication from host was very clear and easy. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Retreat

Our son, daughter-in-law, my husband, myself and our two Labs spent a week at Annie’s cottage. Lovely location, very quiet, great wraparound deck that we could block off for our two dogs, fire pit, bbq, and lots to explore. We really appreciated that Annie let us bring our two Labs, there was an additional $50/day fee, but it was great to have them with us. The location was perfect for going to North Rustico and for walking around the area. Cavendish Beach is in the National Park so dogs are not allowed but we found other great beaches and an off leash park. Most restaurants close to us were closed but we went to The Blue Mussel twice and were able to sit outside with our pups. Excellent food and service. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time in PEI!

Cozy, quaint cottage close to everything in Cavendish PEI

Renting this cottage from Annie was a breeze. It was cozy and quiet, fully equipped for comfort and relaxation. Minutes from Cavendish beach, restaurants & shops. Easy drive to Charlottetown. Loved it!

Amazing stay

This beautiful little cottage is perfect for a family of 4. The host was available and attentive to our needs. The cottage is cozy, charming and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this cottage and will definitely book again next time we are in PEI. Everything we needed

We stayed at this property for a golf weekend in September. We found the cottage to be very clean and comfortable, with anything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well stocked, plus little things like a flashlight, lots of firewood with starter, a block for USB chargers, coffee cream, etc. You could tell some thought had gone into which little items might someone forget to bring, and to make sure they were available. There was also lots of coffee on hand, which was really appreciated. The location was great and the communication with the owner was easy. It was exactly what we needed for our trip and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on future trips.

Quiet Family-Friendly Cottage Retreat in the heart of Cavendish

My family and I had the most incredible stay! Our host Annie made sure that nothing was wanted for during our 3 nights stay at her cottage. When we arrived we enjoyed thoughtful touches like a stuffie and books for the kids, a hand written note, and everything was very very clean. Annie checked in with us frequently from the time of booking and was very responsive. On the second night, her husband Jacob brought us a fire pit and we were able to BBQ our dinner and eat out by the fire with the kids. There was a large wrap around deck where we relaxed each day with drinks. The whole property is surrounded with trees and so it was quiet and very private. We barely saw a car pass by the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans we needed for some great meals, and the freezer even had cooly cups which we really appreciated for our beers! The kids enjoyed Bell ExpressVu for cartoons in the morning and slept soundly in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. My husband and I appreciated being close by with our bedroom attached to the kids by the shared bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and the fans were abundant so the cottage always stayed an ideal temperature even during the hottest August days on the island. As for attractions we were right next to Shining Waters water slide and amusement park, Anne of Green Cables Heritage Place and Cavendish beach. I can't say enough great things about this cottage and its hosts and we will definitely return! Highly recommend for a couples getaway or a family vacation!!!

I live in Charlottetown. PEI along with my husband and kids. I love to live close to the beach and enjoy seeing birds sing, enjoy the rustling sound from the trees, enjoy watching bright stars .
Me and my husband found a cottage which is so peaceful and totally disconnected from rest of the world. We named the cottage Annie’s cottage. We love everyone to experience the happiness of this place.

We choose this neighborhood because our cottage is located close to Golf course, recreation park, Anne of green cables heritage place, world famous cavendish beach, recreation and theme park , famous PEI restaurants , walking trials, walkable distance ti cavendish music festival etc . We wanted our guest of all age groups to enjoy their time in the cottage and experience the real love and peace nature offers.

The cottage is situated in the heart of cavendish. We work towards providing unique guest experiences. As a mom and a loving wife , I know what guests will need during their stay at our cottage right from basic Amenities to providing beach chairs to our guest.
