El piso privado con 600 sq. Ft (55 sq. M.) Apartamento para 2 personas y un gran 2100 pies cuadrados (200 metros cuadrados. M.) Terraza jardín con una única y magnífica vista de 270 ° de Roma.

Desde la terraza se puede ver la catedral de San Pedro los jardines de Villa Borghese (10 minutos a pie), el río Tíber, el Panteón cúpula, el monumento Vittoriano, el Gianicolo, las colinas de Monte Mario y mucho más! Por la noche, la vista es simplemente mágico.

La terraza jardín de la azotea cuenta con total privacidad y sólo el canto de los pájaros interrumpirá el silencio. Es como una piscina de agua salada (18'x13'x5 '- 5. 5mx4mx1,6m), un comedor para 8/10 personas, que puede ser totalmente cubierto cuando la sombra es necesaria para toldo eléctrico. Para relajarse aún más, también hay una sala de estar a la sombra de dos grandes sofás. El Ponentino frecuentes por la tarde el viento trae un buen enfriamiento.

To repeat what was said in all the reviews the terrace, the pool the view are simply amazing. Vittorio who met us at check-in was thorough and a very interesting and friendly person. All communications were handled quickly and they responded positively to requests. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We used taxis to get around and everything we wanted to see was a short distance away. The apartment is perfect for two people. There is a very well stocked market 10 minutes walk away. A very unique and special place to stay for a visit to Rome.

Great Apartment!!

The apartment is better than the pictures. The host was responsive, flexible and accomodating. When we arrived, we met the host who had printed out information on specific items in the apartment, places to visit in the area, local stores and restaurants. It was really helpful information. The views from the terrace were spetacular!Definitely would stay here again.

Truly Unique Property!

A rare gem of a property with an amazing terrace, private saltwater pool (bigger than what appears in the listing) and one of a kind view of the city. Slightly off the beaten path but the neighborhood is quiet, charming and easily accessible to the city center. Also has an elevator/lift so no need to carry bags to the top floor.

What a pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful apartment. One of your neighbours is the ambassador for Morocco, that in itself tells you how wonderful this place is, even watching the robot clean the pool was a pleasure. If you’re wanting a holiday apartment with spectacular views, massive outdoor space, a private rooftop pool, and 15 mins walk from Spanish steps, then book this apartment, you will not be disappointed

What a Delightful, Delightful Stay!

The apartment is just wonderful! The views are INCREDIBLE and are a wonderful thing to come home to after a very busy day in the central city. Being near the stadium was also a plus as we could hear performances at night.The neighborhood is very safe and clean. One of the owners, Vittorio, was very helpful in explaining all the apartment has to offer. Once we learned that Ubers are much better than FreeTaxi, being away from the city, sites, and restaurants became much more doable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your hospitality!

Brilliant Property, stunning location

Wonderful 'roof-top' property with the best view in Rome! Well looked after property in a lovely neighbourhood on the edge of the Borghese Gardens. The owners and property manager couldn't do enough to help us and to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. If you never stepped out of the property you could marvel all day at the 270 degree view of Rome - made even better if you're in the private pool which comes with the property. Thoroughly exhilarating - we had a wonderful week and feel totally relaxed.

Magnifico!

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux avec Vittorio. La terrasse est un jardin botanique et offre une vue exceptionnelle du lever au coucher du soleil. Du concierge à la femme de ménage nous avons reçu un service cinq étoiles. Le soin apporté à la décoration reflète le bon goût de la propriétaire. Perfect week in Rome

My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary week in Rome and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Vittorio was wonderful to work with and everyone was so nice. A special thanks to Mario, the concierge, who was one of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve ever met! The location is perfect, private and yet walking distance to local restaurants, and a short walk to a grocery store for supplies. We usually took an Uber or taxi if we wanted to go downtown and they were usually available in a few minutes and were inexpensive. But we mostly loved sitting out on the expansive Terrace, drinking a glass of wine, and watching the sunset over the Roman skyline.

Breathtaking View from the terrace with pool

We loved this appartment. Inside you have any comfort you need for two persons. But you wouldn't stay inside for a long time. The Center of your visit will be the terrace with wonderful plants. You have an incredible view to the St. Peters Cathedral and the roofs over Rome. A pool upgrade your holiday-feeling. The center of Rome is reached 15 minutes. But the most charming point in our holidays was Vittorio. He gave us a warm welcome, was anytime there for us if needed and gave us wonderful tipps. When we visit Rome again, than only there. Thanks for all.

Super Lage mit mega Aussicht ausserhalb des Zentrums

Die Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum. Es fehlt an nichts. Cerelina und Vittorio haben uns herzlichst empfangen und wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und konfortabel. Die Terasse mit Pool und einmaliger Aussicht über die ganze Stadt könnten nicht schöner sein. Idealster Ort, um in Rom gemütlich die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich abseits des Touristenrummels zu erholen. Die Weinbar in nächster Umgebung und die Bar in der Villa Balestra können wir sehr emfehlen. Zu den Bus- und Tramhaltestellen ist es ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful Penthouse with a Breathtaking view of Rome. One of the best stays we ever had. Very gracious host with everything you could need to stay for a week. I would highly recommend this home to everyone, I give this 6 stars out of 5.

Séjour fabuleux

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans ce penthouse exceptionnel... L'immense terrasse verdoyante, la piscine privée et la vue panoramique sur Rome (et en particulier sur la Basilique Saint-Pierre) rendent cet appartement unique. Je confirme le commentaire précédent indiquant que les photos de l'annonce ne rendent pas justice à la vue panoramique époustouflante. Ayant passé une dizaine de jours dans l'appartement, nous avons pu alterner agréablement les jours de visite de la ville éternelle et les jours de détente à profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine. Je profite de ce commentaire pour saluer Vittorio qui, avec sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et sa générosité, nous a accueilli comme des rois. Enfin, l'appartement convient parfaitement pour un couple et une charmante personne vient s'occuper du ménage régulièrement. Il se situe sur les hauteurs, à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds de la Piazza Popolo. Nous recommandons bien évidemment ce penthouse exceptionnel et espérons pouvoir y retourner prochainement!

Beyond expectations!

The View, Terrace, and Pool are simply Fabulous, the pictures do Not do it justice, the apartment is well stocked and maintained. Vittorio is a wonderful host, very responsive and informative, he helped us in many ways. We would absolutely recommend this wonderful and unique penthouse, A 5 star+ rating for sure, we hope to return again next year!

Breath-taking

I rented this lovely apartment for four months during the autumn season in Rome, and I could not have had a better stay. Yes, the view is breath-taking! The charming apartment located at the top of the building gives you the feeling of living in a small house on top of Rome. You can see everything from “your little house" so close to the historical and busy city, at the same time far away and private. You see the sun rise from behind the mountains in the east, and the sunset over the lovely Vatican City. The 200 sq.m. terrace is filled with fragrant flowers and plants, and I spent most of my time outside enjoying the view and the sounds of Rome. The location of the apartment is close to the city, in a quite and safe area. It is walking distance to supermarket, and it is approximately 15 minutes walk to Piazza Popolo in the historical city centre. The building has a porter, and the landlord was always available and speaks English perfectly. I highly recommend you to rent this apartment for your stay in Rome, even if it is just for the weekend.

I kept the top floor of my old family home, so when I visit Rome I can totally be recharged by the energy of this amazing town. Relaxing in the total privacy and silence of my roof garden, enjoying my plants and refreshing in the pool. I love to be in the city and it is great to come back to my apartment and enjoy Rome further from here.
