Este hermoso condominio es moderno y totalmente actualizado con muebles nuevos y una cocina completa con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Ubicado en el corazón de North Conway, a minutos de Cranmore, Storyland, el centro de North Conway, las tiendas Settlers Green, Stonehurst Manor, Moathouse, May Kelley's y todas las atracciones cercanas.

El condominio de un solo nivel es meticuloso con una gran sala de estar y comedor. Un control deslizante se abre a una gran terraza con una parrilla de gas y una mesa de patio. Apreciará las tres generosas habitaciones con cómodas camas queen después de un día de caminata por los senderos, nadar en la piscina, jugar tenis o baloncesto, hacer rafting en el Saco o comprar sin impuestos en las tiendas outlet.

Out family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Jeff’s condo. Great location and space. We appreciated the easy trip to town, access to pool and tennis, and easy access to hiking. Condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked, making it easy to cook a few meals. Kids also appreciated the selection of games. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pool was closed/drained when we were there, the host did give us the option to cancel. I think if we had used it we would have wanted to drive there as it was a the opposite end of the complex. There was a minor problem that required an outside service call and the host was very responsive an apologetic for the inconvenience.

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to everywhere we wanted to go without the bsiness of the Village area.

Great Family Stay

This was a great stay for my family as we headed to Santa’s Village and Storyland with our kids. The condo was so convenient to both places and also all the great restaurants it North Conway.

Went for a family weekend at Story Land/North Conway. It was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Would stay here again.

I was back up in the area because of my daughter who is stage 4 breast cancer. she is going into hospice very soon and I needed to be with her now. coming back to the condo was very comforting, and homey thank you for an amazing stay. Ellen

Great location, home comforts

The space was easy to access. Pool access was an added bonus. It was quiet and comfortable. Washer and dryer were a huge help. It was quite hot while we were there but the fans and cross breeze helped. We were there with a family of 4.

Great location. For shopping and activities. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Overall good

Great location. Need better pillows. For amount charged for linen and cleaning fee I wouldn’t expect to have to wash towels prior to leaving and bathrooms could of been better cleaned. Especially baseboards. Overall would stay again.

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. I would only recommend having more pillows and towels available as 1 pillow per person wasn’t enough. Maybe having additional stock of toilet paper would be good as well. :). Other than that, we loved everything else!

Some issues with condo

The condo wasn’t cleaned. There was food on the stovetop and the bathrooms were not cleaned. The shower curtains were moldy. The coffeemaker did not work. There were no food prep knives. We had to buy a knife. I was a little disappointed but was afraid that maybe you were not aware of these things. If so, I am not criticizing just pointing out. We still enjoyed our stay.

Fall Stay

First I have to say the communication with the owner was great! Never waited too long for a response to questions and they left the Property Managers information as well. No one was there before us so we were able to check in early. Suggestions or issues: Beds were not made when we got there,, linens were left folded on the beds. There were not enough towels provided and we were asked to make sure they were washed and dried before leaving. We did towels twice during our stay and made sure they were done before leaving . There were cobwebs on the ceilings and in corners. Which made me question why we pay a cleaning fee. There was only one end table in the living room, so we had to use dining room chairs to place a coffee cup etc., the master bedroom mattress is AWFUL! Although the furniture is nice in each room the mattresses need to be replaced and additional night stands would be helpful for people who have breathing machines. We have stayed in many places and although this place is fairly updated, some things need more attention. We did love having a ground floor condo and NorthBrook is a nice quiet area and close to everything. broke

Thank you for your feedback. It is our standard practice to leave clean sheets folded on the beds so that guests know they have been cleaned and fresh. We do ask guests to throw their used towels in the wash when they leave if they can because it helps the cleaning team get a head start especially on same day check in/check out instances. Not everyone does so we appreciate it if time allows. After Covid we made sure to stress to our cleaning team to sanitize and thoroughly clean all surfaces and pay special attention to the bathroom and kitchen areas. We will make sure they inspect the ceilings and corners for dust in the future and haven’t had any issues with this in the past but will work to make sure that is not an issue in the future. We appreciate the feedback and hope you found everything else comfortable and satisfactory.

Fall stay

When looking for a property I searched for cleanliness ratings. This property came up. The owner was kind and helpful however the property needs a deep cleaning. There are cobwebs and spiders on most of the walls and ceilings. The shower curtains are old and have stains. The location is great and again the owners were kind, however this property did not match my expectations based on previous ratings.

Good value and location

We had a great time visiting N Conway and Story Land with our 2 young children. The pool at the condo complex is about 5 minutes walk down the hill, so that was easy and fun. The owner was also responsive to any questions, and the kitchen was stocked with basic supplies like oil, sugar, coffee, and a few spices. I was not a fan of the coffee maker - I thought it was hard to use even with the instructions. We also did not like having to wash all of the towels before our departure. Plus, it meant we had no towels to use to dry hands, etc, on our way out. Finally the condo has no AC so in very hot weather (it was in the 90s during our stay) it was too warm for comfort. With a little one who naps in the afternoon, we weren't able to be out during the hottest part of the day.
