Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ area, and landscaped gardens. Secure parking is available on-site for guests' convenience.

Important Things to Note for Your Stay at Villa Stella Del Mar:

Check-In and Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you have specific arrival or departure needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we request no smoking inside, no pets, and quiet hours after 10:00 PM to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidental damages. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a property inspection.

Electricity Usage: Please note that electricity consumption is monitored and charged based on actual usage to encourage environmental conservation. We provide a daily allowance that covers typical use, with any excess billed at the end of your stay.

Water Usage: While water usage is included, we kindly ask our guests to use water responsibly to help us in our efforts to conserve this precious resource.

Maintenance: Regular pool cleaning and garden maintenance are scheduled to ensure the outdoor areas of the villa remain beautiful and inviting. Housekeeping services are also provided, with details and frequency tailored to your stay.

Safety and Security: The villa is equipped with safety amenities, including a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We prioritize your safety with a secure entry system and provide emergency contact numbers for peace of mind.

- No visiting guests allowed to stay overnight.
- Direct customers only. No agents or 3rd party bookings will be accepted.
- The main booker has to be one of the staying guests.
- Cleaning and change of linen every 5 days.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 1000 US dollar (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
