Near the countryside yet conveniently close to ECU & all your shopping needs. My spacious home promises a clean, safe, & peaceful environment, ensuring a comfortable stay whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Self-check-in gives easy access to my cozy abode, your home away from home for short visits or extended stays!
Property is located outside of Greenville city limits, with a large front and back yard, 3 porches, including a screened-in porch.
1st Floor - Bedroom 1, (king size bed w/full bath), also separate 1/2 bath.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2, (queen size bed)
Bedroom 3, (full size bed)
Bedroom 4, Bonus Room, (California King Air Mattress & Sofa)
Shared full bath
Clean, peaceful & cozy living. Guaranteed a comfortable stay!
Guest access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, except Master Bedroom Closet & garage located on the 1st floor. (Note - This is my personal residence; therefore, items are stored away in the master bedroom closet & garage for personal & household use only.

Cancellation Notice:
Guests may cancel reservations for no charge NLT 4pm two days prior to reservations. If there’s a need to cancel any time after the 2-day timeframe, nonrefundable applies.

This home was perfect for my family visiting for a wedding at the Cotton Barn. It was convenient to shopping and the venue. The house was stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable. Check out was a breeze and we weren’t required to do much before we left! Communicating with the host was quick and she was very accommodating.

Fabulous stay in Greenville!

House was exactly as listed and even better than the pics! It was super clean, well equipped and communication with the owner was fabulous! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and it was only a 10 minute drive to ECU campus to attend our daughter’s graduation. We brought along our two other daughters and the grandparents and everyone was comfortable and thrilled with the house. Would definitely recommend this place and I would stay again! Owner’s hospitality and attention to detail was truly appreciated!

Big but uncomfortable

Overpowered smell when entering property due to scented lights. No table lights in living room. Ceiling fan with bright lights without dimmer. Paper plates to eat on but owner gave ok to use “owner “ plates after contact. Bedroom 1&2 good but 3&4 unsatisfactory.
