In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and in such a convenient location. Everything we needed was there, and the space felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It made our trip so easy and relaxing. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The place was very cute, clean, and honestly perfect for our stay in Fredericksburg. The location was great and we really appreciated all of the amenities/treats included. They really thought of everything and gave more than expected. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We loved our stay!

This condo was perfect! It was in a great location—not too far from Main Street, but far enough away that it was very quiet and peaceful. The condo itself had everything we needed and was VERY clean, modern, and comfortable. We have stayed at many different places in Fredericksburg, but this was by far our favorite. The management staff was very attentive and responsive, answering our questions in a very timely manner. There were just a few minor things worth noting. The Keurig coffee maker was malfunctioning and did not brew properly. It would sometimes take two or three attempts to brew one cup of coffee. The refrigerator filter may also need to be replaced, as the filter light came on and turned red each time we used the water or ice dispenser. One of the TV remotes was not working, and when I opened the battery compartment to check the batteries, there was visible corrosion on the ends of the batteries. I left that remote on the kitchen counter. That said, none of these minor issues affected our stay at all, and we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again! This place deserves a 6-star rating!

Well Appointed and Comfortable

We enjoyed this lovely home which had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It was clean, comfortable and had nice upgrades and decor.

Charming house in Fredericksburg

My best friend and I make an annual girl's trip in January to Fredericksburg. This was our first time staying at this property and absolutely LOVED it! It was newly decorated/modern, with all the amenities and close to town. It was very clean and suited all our needs! This is our new favorite place and we will definitely be back!

Perfect stay!

The property was just as described, maybe better! We had two very nice bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk in closets. There was a nice welcome package upon arrival and the hot tub was a nice bonus! Check in and out were so simple. The location was great to get to Main Street as well as the wineries. Highly recommend!

Everything about this property is fabulous!

This new complex of B&B’s is in a perfect location, and has anything and everything needed for an exceptional experience. Convenient to everything, private, quiet and well manicured area. Inside every B&B are tasteful decor, and everything needed for your Fredericksburg experience - no matter how long or short your stay is. Owners have supplied quality products and designs throughout. Exceptionally clean, and attention to detail is on display everywhere. With two king bedrooms separated by a common area/kitchen/utility area, there is more than enough space to enjoy, along with privacy for everyone. Porches front and back, and a hot tub to enjoy during your stay. Truly do not have anything but praise for the units, owners and management company. You will not go wrong in choosing one of these properties for your Hill Country destination.
