Overall we had a good experience, the house was updated and very clean. We had no issues getting back and forth from the house to the convention we were attending at the resort. We did choose to walk from the resort to this house several times and it took about 8 minutes.

130 Club Drive

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. Everything is brand new, it’s quiet, spacious, and it has everything you need. It is less than 30 steps from the parking area to the front door, so it’s quick to get in and out. There are no parking fees, a valet is unnecessary. Being located within the PGA National Resort area, everything outside and around the building, the grounds, and landscaping into and out of the area is beautifully manicured. It is just pleasant to be in this area. We didn’t cook. So, we didn’t use the stove/oven, utensils, etc. However, it appears everything is there if one wanted to cook. We also didn’t use the full-size front-loader washer and dryer, but they appear new as well. There was detergent available. We felt very safe here. In the late afternoon to early evening, the gates are closed. A DL is required to enter. It’s a short drive from the gate to the property, again making it very convenient for drivers in and out. The unit has an electronic lock to enter initially, and there is another key lock and an internal chain once your inside. We used the key lock when we left the property. There was a key for pool access, but we didn’t go to or use the pool. It has a sliding glass door to an outdoor patio area with chairs and loungers. We didn’t use them, but it looked like a pleasant outdoor area. Ricardo was very good to work with. We don’t know him, have never met him, and he’s not a family friend or any other acquaintance. We will stay here again!
