Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home throughout their stay.



For added peace of mind, the property is located within a gated community staffed by a 24-hour security guard, so you can feel secure and comfortable from the moment you arrive. Parking is available for up to two vehicles on the street and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to follow all posted parking rules and regulations.

Other Things to Note:

The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay. Our professional cleaning team follows strict standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.



A refundable $250 security deposit will be pre-authorized as a temporary hold on your credit card through our third-party system prior to arrival. This is not a charge and will be released after a post-checkout inspection confirms there is no damage. Any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from this hold.



Please note that check-out time is 10:00 AM. To properly prepare the home for incoming guests, housekeeping is scheduled to begin immediately after check-out. Late departures may disrupt cleaning schedules and upcoming reservations. Guests who remain past the designated check-out time may be subject to a late check-out fee of up to $300.



This property operates as a self-catered home, meaning supplies are not replenished during your stay. Upon arrival, each bathroom will be stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry room includes detergent pods sufficient for up to two (2) loads. In the kitchen, guests are provided with one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, though coffee is not supplied. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided for your use.



If you notice any missing items, please notify us immediately upon check-in so we can assist with restocking.
