This unique fully-renovated 8200 sqft property boasts ample entertaining space both indoors and out and 9 bedrooms with accommodations for 22+ guests. Set only 10 minutes from the Asheville airport, 3 minutes from excellent trout fishing and 15 minutes to the main entrance of Pisgah Forest, this property allows you to experience what makes the Blue Ridge mountains special.

What sets this property apart is the gorgeous meadow setting surrounded by forest and mountains that is close to everything but feels miles away. The high ceilings, large windows and incredible views overlooking a private pond framed by mountains and mature oaks is sure to delight. In the prodigious outdoor space, you'll have exclusive use of over 5 acres of land with enormous decks, fire pits, a covered picnic area and a running stream-fed pond with dock.

This former conference center and architecturally significant home is divided into three separate indoor living spaces connected by light-filled hallways:

- Great Room/Dining Pod with a dining table for 24, chef's commercial kitchen, and luxurious seating area with 65" Smart TV.
- Entertainment Pod with two tiered seating and projector for movie nights and sporting events
- The Sleeping Pod with nine individual bedrooms (4 king, 3 queen, 1 trundle bed, and bunk room that sleeps 6)

There is also a dedicated office space with high speed fiber internet for those who need to do a little work before they play and a small living area as you enter the Sleeping Pod. Two restrooms off of the main entertaining area have two toilets each. In addition to two full private bathrooms, there are also individual women's and men's bathrooms that have two showers each for a total of 6 showers on the property.

The entire facility is yours! We live several hundred yards away on the upper reaches of the property and away from your view. We're far enough to give you complete privacy, but close enough if you need any assistance.

The hosts live in a separate home on the 40 acre property. We respect the privacy of our guests but are happy to help with any issues that may arise.

Kindling Meadows is set at the end of a private lane inside a 40 acre property with its own pond.

Ample parking with circle drive for all cars, trailers or large RVs.

We are able to accommodate larger groups for events and functions upon request. Please reach out to us before booking to confirm details and fees.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome up to a maximum of 2. There is a $100 pet fee. Sorry, no cats.
- Swimming in the pond and splash pad are at your own risk
- Do not move furniture without prior approval
- Check-in after 4pm and Check-out by 10am
- We are not able to guarantee early check-in or late check-out until the week of your stay. Feel free to reach out then to request it.
- No smoking
- No music outdoors after 10pm

Check-out Instructions:
- Please do not strip sheets
- Leave all used towels in a pile on bathroom floors
- Dishes must be washed prior to check-out
- All trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor dumpster.
