★ Walk 2 blocks to Clear Creek River. Have lunch or go tubing.
★ Golden City Brewery is 2 blocks away
★ The entrance to I-70 that heads to Breckenridge (1 20min), Winter Park (1 10min) and Vail (1 30min) is on 5 min away.

★ Are you heading to the mountains to ski or snowboard? The entrance to I-70 is a quick 5 minutes away.
