What can I say that hasn’t already been said?This house is absolutely beautiful, you can park your car and never use it again until you leave, since all areas of town are walkable, and Laura has decorated this house with a artists’s eye, eclectic and homey. She also includes breakfast with your stay! Cereal, fruit, hot chocolate, marshmallows, coffee, and a spread of coffee syrups (which our daughters loved!) was included. A very nice touch.The beds are comfortable, there’s a dining table that seats 4, comfy couches and chairs in the livings room. There’s also a cute ‘bed under the stairs”, we were calling the Harry Potter bed. My daughters also loved the array of oils downstairs by the soaking tub. Laura has thought of every comfort of home and has them available. It's as if she walked around the house and thought "what can I do to make this more comfortable/homey" and then did exactly that.It’s across the street from the Clear Creek River and trails, which we took advantage of. We were there at Christmas and Golden really does the town “up” with lights, it was magical. Laura had a decorated Christmas tree in the house for us, which was a very thoughtful and sweet touch.We highly recommend this VRBO. We will absolutely stay there if we’re in the Golden area again.
