This is the perfect tropical resort in Kauai nestled among the palm trees on 35 acres of lush lawns and fragrant flowers. The unit is ocean front on the beach which has beautiful view of the beach/ ocean and sunsets from the upstairs deck (rare).  It has a new washer/dryer in the condo, which is very rare. Guests have full access to PBAC across the street from Kiahuna. Pool/gym. We have also replaced the bedroom mattress and sofa.  Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen. Mahalo

The moment you walk into this vacation home, you immediately notice the gorgeous view and the welcome basket to greet you. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. This is a very comfortable home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for great sunsets, look no further! The ocean views from this unit are spot on. We loved the unit's proximity to the beach and the BBQs on this lovely property. We liked that the unit had beach chairs and an umbrella that we could use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook many meals, which we enjoyed eating on the spacious terrace. Roz and her team were very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Book it and enjoy!

This unit is great! The view can't be beat. You're so close to the (swimmable) beach that you don't even need to take a towel. You can hear the waves. There's a staffed check in so there's no check-in headaches. The unit had a truly comfortable mattress and the kitchen was really well equipped - with spices, oil, good knives, etc. It was a pleasure to stay :)

I don't want to leave a positive review because I want this place all to myself......Roz, the Property Manager/Owner, was very easy to work and communicate with. Responded right away when I had a question. Check in process was easy and the room was actually available a little early which is nice when traveling for the day. Unit was very clean. The cleaning staff stopped by as soon as we arrived and made sure we had extra towels and if we had any questions about the resort. The view from the unit is beautiful. Sunsets awesome. Watching and listening to the ocean/waves from the back deck - can't get more relaxed than this place. Been at Kiahuna 5 times - best unit at the resort!!!

Excellent location

We have been going to the Kiahuna for years. This is one of the best units we have stayed in, and you can’t beat the location. Awesome sunset views.

We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation for many many years, and this is by far one of the nicest views, and units that we have stayed in.

Amazing location and sunsets

The photos are incredibly accurate. The view was fantastic! Added bonus of excellent shared BBQ grills available very close by on the property. Had everything we needed to cook meals. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

Kauai oceanfront retreat

The property was clean and located near many activities and events. The beach was superb. The property was as described and there were beach chairs and umbrellas available for use at the beach. Check in and check out was very easy. Guest services was very accessible and helpful.

Great location!

The condo and location are perfect for a couple. Only suggestion would be to have some basics on hand for those who arrive late. Otherwise, you will love this place!!

Enjoyed our stay

Property was well maintained. Only negative experience was with having no glass on windows sounds of neighbors were loud in early morning, mostly crying/screaming children.

Comfortable with an incredible view!

This is a nice and comfortable unit with a great location and view, and the resort itself is quite nice too! The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. The location was great with lots of beach walking possible both in front of the resort itself, but also if you cut through the resorts next door and add on Poipiu Beach. Close to a number of restaurants too. We would come back and stay again.

Amazing views!!

We've stayed at many condos within the Kiahuna Plantation and this has to be one of our favorites. Rosalyn communicated well and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay at the condo is wonderful. We loved all the little extras she provided for us.The direct view of the ocean is amazing and having an upstairs corner unit is the best. It''s clean, the furniture is up to date, has comfortable bedding,and plenty of beach supplies (ice chest, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella). We will definitely stay at this condo again.

We love the Kiahuna and this unit is awesome.The view is beautiful,right towards the sunset.We love the wide open grassy area in the middle of the property.If you have kids,they have surfing lessons right in front.

Perfect Family Getaway

We are a family of 4 visiting Kauai for the 1st time. This condo was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning was a must! It was awesome to have access to beach items in the closet. We used the pull out sofa for the kids (10 and 13 yo) and that worked just fine. The location was beautiful and quiet. We walked to Poipu beach (~5-7 min walk) and swam and snorkeled there in the mornings. We saw all kinds of reef fish and even a sea turtle in the water. And later in the evening, there were several turtles resting on the beach. Throughout the week we ventured to other parts of the island, West, East and North, to take in the sights. It was nice to visit the other places, but we were really happy with choosing Poipu as our base. The Athletic Club was within walking distance and the kids enjoyed the pool. They also had good food. If you have a rental car I'd recommend finding a Big Save for groceries. While returning from our visit to Waimea Canyon, we went to the one in 'Ele'ele Shopping Center and prices were MUCH more affordable than at the market across the street from the condo. We were able to find some inexpensive souvenirs there as well. I was surprised about the requirement for either a $1500 damage deposit or having to purchase damage insurance at the end of booking. But it appears this is the norm. I opted for the cash deposit. It was refunded ~2 weeks after our stay as promised. We would definitely stay again!

Magnificent Oceanfront unit!

This condo had it all. Location, location, location! Walks to any southern beach were beautiful. Sunsets and turtles, monk seals and food trucks. Just perfection.

Family Thanksgiving

My family enjoyed this property so much over the holiday. There’s truly no better location and the unit was clean and fresh and perfect for our family of four (children young enough for sofa bed etc)
