Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of one owner's closet located in the master bedroom. The garage is NOT available to park inside, but you can make access for the beach cruisers and essentials.

Welcome to Melbourne Beach, a gem on Florida's Space Coast! Our property is ideally located to experience the best of this charming town. Stroll to the beach in minutes and enjoy the sun and surf. Explore the local dining scene and browse unique shops, all within walking distance. Experience the laid-back lifestyle and friendly atmosphere that makes Melbourne Beach so special. The town of Melbourne Beach is also just around the block and walkable.



Getting Around:

Getting around Whispering Waves is a breeze! Free parking is available on-site for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. While the garage isn't available for parking, it houses beach cruisers and essentials for your convenience. For those arriving by air, Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. You're also just a short walk or bike ride from Ocean Ave, where you can easily access local shops and restaurants. Public transportation options are limited in Melbourne Beach, but ride-sharing services are readily available. The beach is walkable, and the town of Melbourne Beach is just around the block.



Other Things to Note:

Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these times, respecting the tranquility of our neighborhood and fellow guests.



Propane BBQ Grill: A stand-alone propane BBQ grill is available for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. While there may be gas in the tank, please note that it's the guest's responsibility to refill the tank if needed during your stay. Feel free to fire up the grill and savor delicious meals al fresco in the comfort of our backyard oasis.



Please do not use the BBQ next to the backdoor that is built into the counter as this doesn't work and needs to remain closed.



Pet Policy: If you are traveling with a dog companion or emotional support, we welcome up to 2 dogs with a fee of $150. We ask that you please cover the furniture and pick up after your pet to avoid additional cleaning charges. Service dogs are welcome free of charge. Please notify us in advance if you'll be bringing a service dog so we can make a note for the cleaning team.



Pool Safety: For your peace of mind, doors that provide access to the pool area are equipped with door alarms. Additionally, we offer a floating pool alarm to further enhance safety, especially for families with children. Please supervise children at all times around the pool area.



Outdoor Pool Bathroom: Please keep in mind this is an outdoor bathroom so bugs do tend to get in from time to time.



Turtle Season: Melbourne Beach is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including sea turtles. During turtle nesting season (typically from March to October), it's important to minimize disturbances to nesting sites and follow local regulations. We'll provide information about turtle season and guidelines to help protect these magnificent creatures during your stay.



Smoking Policy: To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is NOT permitted indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the doors, and an ashtray has been provided for your convenience. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free indoor environment.



Beach Essentials: We offer a few boogie boards and a few beach chairs. If you need more than what is offered at the home, you are welcome to bring your own, or if you want to purchase some locally, there are several stores nearby. Please bring your own beach towel.



Beach Cruisers: Explore the beauty of Melbourne Beach and beyond with our beach cruisers, perfect for leisurely rides along the coast or exploring the charming streets of the neighborhood. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply want to soak in the coastal scenery, our beach cruisers offer a convenient and enjoyable way to discover the area's hidden gems.



Pets Welcome! No aggressive breeds and we ask that you pick up after your furry friends. Pet fee is $150/pet. Max of 2.



Pool is $30 per day charge.
