SLEEPS 14, Additional Master on 1st Floor, Located in West Melbourne, 3.2 Miles from the Airport and only 7 miles to some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. 45 minutes to Disney, and mere minutes to some incredible restaurants. Tempur-pedic King Adjustable bed in 2nd Floor Master. Commercial grade Nordic track treadmill on site. Recumbent life cycle exercise bike. Black Knight pinball machine on first level. Game room on second level has pool table, cocktail table, top arcade, games, darts, chess, checkers, and multiple other board games.

We were in FL for a sports tournament and the house was a great home base location to rest and recharge in between games. Lots of space for everyone to gather for meals and game time and room for everyone to get alone time too!

We definitely enjoyed our stay ! Convenient location to restaurants,groceries, and about a 10 min drive to the beach. Great communication with the owner and easy check in process. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Wonderful Home

The owner is very responsive. The property is outstanding - very clean, comfortable, spacious and has so many well thought out amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and safe for walking. Shopping, restaurants and pubic beaches nearby or just enjoy the home and great pool area. Can’t wait to return.

Family vacation

The house is a very nice house and large enough for a family of ten or more. The pool.was nice to relax in.it was close to the beach and not to far from my other family. I would stay there again

We had an absolutely amazing week at your home! It was perfect for our group of 7. Not only is it a beautiful but you’ve gone above and beyond to make your guests feel right at home as well. Location was perfect as we were here for a Spacecoast softball tourney and also a quick commute to multiple beaches. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful as always!

This was our second time renting this house, we absolutely love it! It’s a (very) short drive from beautiful beaches, great entertainment located within a safe neighborhood. The house itself is amazing and packed with many things to keep you busy + essentials (& more). Bill is always so easy to communicate with and always goes above and beyond.. Wanting to make this a yearly trip for sure, looking forward to next time!!

Melbourne Retreat

This property was the perfect Thanksgiving retreat for our family. The home was well appointed and has a few unexpected but welcomed surprises! Activites were available for everyone...pool, game room, games, TVs, and nearby stores and shopping for the ladies. The neighborhood was very family friendly for biking, skating, walking. We would love to return in the summer...planning ahead!

Perfect!

We had a great time! Close to many amenities, we were able to cook breakfast and dinner no problem! Kids loved playing hide-n-seek. Adults loved playing darts and pinball. We all had a great time and plenty of seating for relaxing and eating. We would highly recommend this house for families or anyone! Beautiful home!

Beautiful home in a safe neighborhood, close to beaches. We started our trip with some wind and rain, so the awesome game room provided lots of entertainment! Having a second master on the first floor came in handy. The house is extremely well stocked, and the owner is quick to respond to any questions. Top notch property!

Perfect property for even a large group

Property was new. In great shape, as advertised...in fact the pics do not do it justice! Owner was gracious and very helpful. Easy to follow directions posted with all the info needed! Pool was awesome. And we will def rent this property again should we be in the area performing. Fantastic all around!

Beautiful home with many extras!

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! Prior to our check-in and durning our stay, Bill was very responsive to every question and provided responses immediately! The house itself was beautiful! It’s located in a quiet and safe subdivision which was some thing that was very high on my list when traveling with my family. The house was very clean and everything was in good working order. They had anything that you could need while staying there and so much more! The owner provided lots of extras for entertainment that my family enjoyed! The pool was awesome and the temperature was perfect! Melbourne Beach is just a short drive, which was beautiful and not very busy. Also, if you are visiting Disney- that’s just over an hour drive. All around, beautiful home with many extras and my family and I hope to book again in the feature!

Awesome stay close to everything and Melbourne beaches!

We had a group of 9 including grandparents, kids, and teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needing space. The home is the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in, and we have been to many! The pool was a huge hit! Our 7 year old swam over 6 hours one day! We loved the proximity to beaches and other attractions. We were even able to drive to Disney one day and return that evening, without all the overpriced stays and traffic of staying in Orlando. Our 10 year old got to see Kennedy Space Center (he's crazy about space!) AND we all got to drive up to a SpaceX launch earlier in the week. It was only a 40 minute drive both times. The house is only 3-4 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again for our next trip to FL!

This is the second time we have rented this property while performing concerts in Florida. This house is absolutely beautiful and is PERFECT for our needs. It is clean, and we really liked the detailed instructions left by the owner on what we needed to do to make sure the home stays beautiful! This owner is a great communicator and is very responsive to any questions, and he makes sure he does whatever he can to make your stay the best it can be. We will be renting again if we perform in the Melbourne area next year!
