The house is well clean and one of nicest homes we have used off of vrbo. Very close to disney, plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

Paradise lost. This property had several issues with cleanliness, maintainance, furnature worn, and pests. Below is s list of issues:- tables had liquid rings, dryed on food, and residue.Outdoor tables were not wiped off and dirty/dusty.- light in kitchen inoperable. Outdoor spot lights out and missing. Nightstand light in master bedroom inoperable and missing switch. Fan light in master blinks off intermittently. Fan light in living room blinks on intermittently. Stove overhead light on microwave inoperable.- master bedroom bed very high. Need a stepstool to get on. Bedroom 2 mattress very soft, leans toward head. Couch is uncomfortable; can feel frame when seated. Lounge chair power cord missing. Chair is inoperable. Outdoor furnature rusty, old, ripped and uncomfortable. - rear bedroom 2 window screen not installed properly. - pool missing tiles and rust spot.- we had an ant infestation that took 3 days to get pest contol. Couldn't put any food on countertops. told they are "ghost ants" and are difficult to control. Especially during rainy seasons.I am disappointed that there have not been previous honest reviews of this property from prior guests. It does not deserve an 8.8 review score. I am also skeptical about the reviews. There were only 8 reviews before our stay. But there is a map where guests can put in a pin where the vome from. There were well over 60 pins from around the globe, and the eastern US was too saturated to add a pin.

Not a good experience

Checked into the house and trash was overflowing outside. Looked like it had not been taken to the curb in a few weeks. The outside didn’t have a good appearance. Grass had not been cut. The inside was good and clean. We were not able to use the pool as the filter was not working properly. Tried for two days to get someone to come out and fix it. We paid an extra 120 for a grill only to find the grill with a chain and pad lock on it. The back yard was small and had dog poop in it. After two days at the property, we got another place and left this property.

Great location for visiting Disney Parks with Sam’s, Walmart, and grocery nearby. The beds were comfortable and everyone got their own room. I accidentally made the reservation for six even though we are a family of five. The den and kitchen were comfortable and had decent appliances. The fenced in yard area was disappointing because it was so tiny and there is not a lot of grass area which had us taking our pup out on a leash to the front yard. Alex was quick to respond to questions asked through VRBO but this property is managed and billed through its own app. I didn’t find this app as user friendly. There was an unexpected charge for our pet above and beyond the total that was agreed to on VRBO that usually includes the pet fee as it was selected when booking. I use this total when comparing properties. We also did experience an internet issue which my husband helped resolve since he was working from this house. Not sure about the strict parking rules as there were a lot of cars parked on the street and blocking the sidewalks. Wish we could have parked in the garage but it is clearly remodeled to be a laundry room and secured storage of some kind. The house next door was being renovated and I worried about the paint. There was plenty of hot water for showers which is very important with five people and good air conditioning. The pool was refreshing. I especially liked the drive to Disney properties from this side of town. We enjoyed our 18 night stay.

Excellent Stay

This home was perfect for our family vacation to the parks. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well stocked with supplies and contained enough necessities to get us started. The pool and back patio were very nice to relax after a long day. We loved that the back yard was fenced and that we could bring our dogs with us. I would definitely recommend this home.

Short Disney Trip

Our stay in Kissimmee was great! Alex was quick to respond to any questions we had during our visit. The house was spacious, and we especially enjoyed the pool. I really appreciated being able to bring my dogs, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for them. The location is convenient, being close to Disney, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful visit—thank you!

Great location

The house was clean and well equipped. The inside of the house on the photos looks bigger than it is but was very comfortable. I wish it had a games room.

Perfect for our needs

We had an issue with the AC late Saturday night and by early Sunday it was fixed. That’s what I call responsive and we really appreciated it. The home was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed the pool area. The home had plenty of room. We weren’t in the area for the theme parks but it was a good jumping off point for all of our activities.
