Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for all seasons. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a day skiing at Purgatory.

No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire in your cozy living room.

This condo has accommodations for 6 and provides a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large dining room table perfect for playing games or hosting friends and family. The cozy living room also has a fireplace and smart tv perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring town. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and is stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. This condo also provides:

- 2 bedrooms w/ comfortable queen beds
- a queen pull out couch
- 2 full bathrooms
- washer/dryer
- high speed wifi
- private deck w/ outdoor seating

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit.

Ski trip

We really enjoyed this property. The condo had everything we needed. Great location. The hot tub and sauna was nice to have after skiing all day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location great size place!

This was our first trip to Durango and wanted a place close to town but with a view so we picked this property based on listing and it was exactly what we needed! The pool and hot tub on site were clean and great too!

Hunting Trip

We love this property. It’s the fourth time in the last three years that we’ve stayed in these condos. It’s our annual stopover before we go elk hunting every November. It is a great location and the house has all of the basics covered. We recommend.

The building has six units, each with its own walk-up access. Quiet; barely notice other occupants. Comfortable inside and out.

Great location & cozy

Good location for a morning walk and there’s a small market nearby. Good proximity to town but in a very nice location with trees and vegetation. Nice large living room & TV if you have something you need to watch as a family. The stairs are nbd, and it has a nice porch for coffee or a drink. We would consider another stay for sure.

I know it was myfault for not checking the Checkout day. Got back our stuff was on the front potch even though we 30 minutes earlier. Missing wine valued at 100and they chose what to keep and not keep out the fridge!!! Our pillow cases were soaking. Would haven given a 10 but now a 1. Will not use again

Limited Help from Manager

The property was nice, not spectacular. Served my purposes because I had a conference at Fort Lewis College. We were ideal guest because we spent the majority of our time at the college. It was disappointing when the jetted tub in the master bathroom did not have water running to it. When I reported it to the manager I received one response, the manager told me to try something. I did. It didn't work. I told him the solution he suggested didn't work, i never heard from him again. It was disappointing to not be able to use the tub. I will be returning to Fort Lewis College next year. I'm questioning if I will spend the money to stay there even though it is convenient, not sure if the convenience is worth the cost.
