Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Had everything you would need for the stay. Nice views and quiet. Close to the train to Silverton and minutes away from downtown. We stay here again.

Fantastic Durango Getaway!

Perfect location just a quick 2 min drive from restaurants and shops. This cabin is spacious, comfortable, super clean, and has everything you could need. We had the best time visiting Durango and will definitely stay here again! Hosts are friendly and super responsive. A great place for families.

Perfect for our Southwest CO Activities

This was perfect for our SW CO activities. It was super close to many restaurants and activities. We used it as our launching point for a good portion of our CO trip. The unit itself was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for the little cooking we did. We enjoyed the pool at the end of a couple of long days which was also nice. If we get back to this area, we will plan to stay at this location again.

Perfect getaway for couples or families!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location cannot be beat! Minutes from main street with shopping and restaurants! The inside was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed! The kitchen has all the essentials including a Keurig and air fryer!! The neighborhood was quiet at night and ample parking closest to the condo. The hosts were accommodating and easy to contact! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Durango! What a gem!

Madison was a great host - friendly and kept us posted on what to expect). Although the Ferringway condo’s were built in 1983 Madison’s was up to date with all the modern amenities you’ll need. Clean & comfortable. None of the units have central A/C but this one has modern portable in room units that are very adequate. No complaints with our stay!

Prime location and clean

The stay was great! We loved how close the condo was to downtown Durango and we even took the free shuttle down and back that picked us up at the front of the condos so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Madison the host was very responsive and even gave us a list of reccomendations. We will be back! I had never seen a keurig before that made cappuccino's and I'll now be buying one for my home. We will stay here again when we come back.

Fantastic stay

Loved it ! Four friends had a fabulous girls weekend. The condo was just what we needed. Superb comfy beds, amazing pillows , lots of both. The towels were plush. Love the location , saw deer on the property. An easy drive to Durango Hot Springs. Loved downtown restaurants, and the night life. Highly recommend this condo, and the kitchen very well stocked! A on all the little extras!

Great condo. Pool did not work

The condo was clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location. However we were very disappointed the pool was not functioning since we have 4 kids and booked this place specifically because of the pool. Our guest contact (the condo owner) was gracious and understanding and helped us find an alternative pool across town, however it would have been much better had the condo property actually fixed their pool for paying guests to access.

Great base for Durango vacation

We had a wonderful week in Durango and this condo was in a perfect location and was very thoughtfully stocked. We enjoyed being a very short ride to the bike park (mountain bike trail hub) and across the street from Fort Lewis College. We could walk down to the main street area and also just enjoyed walking around the college campus and getting an amazing view of Durango at sunset. The location is so convenient for vacation activities; we visited Mesa Verde, went rafting, enjoyed a rodeo, hiked, rented a jeep 1 day for mountain trails, and just enjoyed shopping & dining in Durango.Madison has thoughtfully included extras in the condo such as a variety of pillow option (so grateful!), fans, coffee items, laundry & dish washer detergent, and really just anything you would need.

This property is very convenient to all activities in the Durango area. It was a quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of stairs to get to the condo so just be prepared. This property would be great for people with little kids as the one bedroom has a bunk bed. It was hard for my son who is rather large to get into the bed. But we managed just fine. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with lots of utensils and cooking pots and pans. my granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the community pool. The host was extremely nice. Had several conversations with her and she gave us extra Keurig cups for the coffee maker. She also gave us good suggestions on where to eat and what some of the activities to participate in were. I appreciated that very much. We had a great time in Durango and will return again.

The kitchen looked well equipped but we didn’t really use it very much. The condo did have a lot of room which gave us the chance to spread out and have some space. There was tons of parking available which was really nice. Madison was wonderful to deal with and absolutely goes the extra mile for customer service.

Nice/clean unit. Madison was immediate w/responding to our questions. Quiet & comfy. A word of advise to seniors or anyone with handicap. The 25 plus exterior stairs were brutal on our senior bodies, but we survived
