You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This verification is managed through a secure portal called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. Our policy is as follows:

* **100% Refund:** Cancel within 48 hours of booking.

* **50% Refund:** Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

* **No Refund:** Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
