This is a personal residence, which we have made available while the owners travel. It is a very comfortable, casual home with a wonderful backyard.
We have 4 bathrooms. Locations: Master bedroom (ensuite), 2 are located next to the guest rooms. One does have a bathtub and one is outside on the patio (great for when you are at the pool!)

Guest will have access to just about the entire home. There will be a locked door for the owner`s items and a few closets in the master that are marked private. Plenty of space for guests to unpack and settle in.

I am easily available by phone or text. I live in the area if you need me in person.

We are an easy exit off the 5 freeway and 1 mile to Del Mar Village

This home has a pool and hot tub. There are NO ALARMS on the doors to alert you. Guests acknowledge the lack of door alarms and agree to supervise non-swimmers and children under the age of 13 at ALL TIMES.

There is an antique, irreplaceable piano on the property. It will be covered during your visit. Guest agrees NOT TO TOUCH OR PLAY during their visit. Any damage to this piano will be at the Guest`s expense from a designated piano restoration company in Orange County, CA

Mid-stay cleaning is required and included in the cleaning fee.
