Make yourself at home within the open living space where you can slide open the glass doors and step out onto the expansive deck and take in the 180 degree views over the Torrey Pines State Beach and Los Peñasquitos Lagoon.

After you’ve soaked up the views, step through into the gourmet chef’s kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end integrated appliances, a coffee station, sleek stone countertops and all the quality cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need.

Off the kitchen is the elegant dining area surrounded by windows and a second living space with inviting sofas and a wall mounted Smart TV. Take the gently winding stairs up to the second level of the home where you will find the two master suites. Both master bedrooms feature a beautiful sun-filled space with sparkling ensuite bathrooms, comfortable hotel quality beds and access to the private upper deck.

Guests have private access to the all three levels of this luxurious home including private balconies and a BBQ on the main level. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to streaming apps on the Smart TVs.

The Neighborhood:
The stunning architecturally designed home is located right in the heart of the scenic Del Mar Terrace neighborhood only 15 minutes from the heart of San Diego, one mile to the beach and only 15 miles to the Del Mar Fairgrounds giving you the ideal place to stay for the horse racing or the County Fair.

From the house guests can walk to the beach in just 15 minutes with some great restaurants, cafes and a Gelson’s supermarket along the way where you can pick up a snack or supplies for a night in.

Enjoy the thrills and spills at Belmont Park (14 min drive) located right on the beach with rides for all ages, great local food and even fit in some shopping. Visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from kayaking and stand up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between. If you’d rather stay on land, families can bike ride, picnic, barbecue or celebrate with bonfires right next to the water all just 10 minutes from your door.

See dolphins, orcas, sea lions much more at SeaWorld just a 6 minute drive away or experience the thrills and spills at Belmont Park a quick 15 minute drive from the house.

Experience the Old Town Historic Park, an open air living history museum then wander down to Pacific beach for some great shopping, food or for a night out. Visit the picturesque Lake Murray, a favorite green space for locals. The lake is surrounded by paved trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or explore the water on a rented kayak.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included with your stay or by bus with a stop only a 10 minute walk from your door.

When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles.

Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the city area.
