We loved our stay! The property was spotless, beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for gathering, including cooking a full Thanksgiving meal. Everything very organized, labeled and the decorations were minimalist which made everything feel very new and clean. The neighborhood was great for walking, including some shortcuts to Ole Mill. Communication was great, including a lot of special touches. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay! Lovely outdoor area and cozy interior. Easy communication with owner/manager (?). Within close walking distance of the river and The old Mill and easy driving to downtown Bend. We will be back!

Good friends in Bend before our backroads bike ride

The house was PREFECT!! Fully stocked with everything from coffee to laundry pods. Great location, love Old Mill area. Played some bags every night, used the gas fire table ..was perfect!

Beautiful home with great location!

Our stay here was phenomenal! The home was extremely clean and well kept, with a well stocked kitchen and all basic amenities provided. The outdoor fire pit area is sublime and a great place to unwind in the evening. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful location not too far from the Old Mill District. Very easy check in and check out process. Clean and kitchen was well stocked. Nice selection of bikes with two helmets in garage, though we ended up renting ebikes because we weren't sure how easy the hill down to the river would be to come back up with fixed gear bikes. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because of the lovely looking outdoor firepit that looked into the woods, instead of the tiny fenced backyards that most places had, but the trees behind the house were all super dry including one totally dead one right behind the fire pit, and you could see the cars and hear tons of street noise from the nearby major road, so it wasn't really nice to be out there. It was quiet inside the house, though.

4 day Bend Getaway

Great location. Perfect for walking home from the Hayden homes amphitheater. The backyard covered patio is also really nice. Giant Jenga too. Three of the six bikes in the garage need repair and were unusable. Upstairs bedrooms all get very hot at night. It would’ve been more comfortable if the air conditioner would’ve stayed on throughout the evening. Spare bedroom mattress needs replacing. It causes you to roll to the center.

31st Girls weekend

The house fit our needs, we walked to amphitheater and downtown. Nice neighborhood. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for the 6 of us to sit around and visit. Host replied quickly to our questions.

We were impressed with everything Matt's house offered! The house was very clean, thoughtfully furnished and decorated. We enjoyed using the fire pit every day. The house is only a 15 minute walk from Old Mill and the amphitheater. We look forward to staying here again!

Bend Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family stay... grandpa, grandma, daughter, so-in-law and three grandchildren (ages 8, 6, 2). The outdoor area was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon barbecue's while the grandchildren played. Even made s'mores around the fire pit a couple of nights. The kitchen was well stocked providing everything needed to prepare family meals. And last but not least, the beds were so, so comfortable... even the fold-out- couch!!! We will definitely reserve this property the next time we visit our son, daughter-in-law and 2-year old granddaughter. Great, memorable family stay. Thank you Robin, for your quick response to all of my questions. I promise that I'll read the e-mailed property instructions next time!

This house is fully furnished and with the three bedrooms upstairs, you can easily sleep eight people. Outside is a beautiful covered patio with a wonderful gas fire pit. There are games and bikes for family fun. The house is located by the Old Mill District and easy access to shopping and local events. If you get a chance to stay, it’s a must. We love staying there whenever we head to Bend.

Weekend Getaway to Bend with Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and 4 friends had the perfect stay at this location. We met up with 2 other couple friends that traveled from other cities and we met in Bend. The amenities were perfect. In the evening after coming back from Dinner we all spent hours each night around the fire pit catching up. One of the nights there was a concert at the Amphitheater and this location is close enough we could hear the music well enough to sing along! In the mornings drinking coffee and sitting on the deck under the covered area on very comfortable deck furniture was super relaxing. I always wonder going in to a trip if there will be enough room for all the people to be comfortable and this location checked all those boxes. The house had everything we needed and we even used the bikes that were in the garage to get a mid day ride in to get food from lunch options that are close by. The location was very clean and modern. We had one question and called the management service. They answered on the second ring, no phone directory annoyance, quickly had the answer and the call lasted less than a minute. We all had the best time and before parting ways were already planning on doing this trip again.
