Welcome to your own private oasis in Largo, Florida! This exceptional 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom canal-front pool home offers a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and waterfront living. You`ll enjoy a relaxing getaway in a serene and picturesque neighborhood. As you approach the property, you`ll be immediately enamored by its charming curb appeal and large lot size. Step inside, and you`ll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully appointed living space.

We’ll provide you with an access key code on the day of your arrival. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Please make sure you have received the code before you travel. If you haven’t received this before setting off, please contact us. There`s nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in!

We are available via phone 24/7 for any of your needs. Our local property manager is available for emergencies. Feel free to reach out to us anytime!

Located in Largo, Florida, you`ll have easy access to the area`s renowned beaches, parks, and attractions. Whether you prefer lounging on sandy shores or exploring nature trails, this location caters to every taste and interest.

Essentials: Bathrooms fully stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.

Pool/Beach Towels beach chairs and umbrella are available for use. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.

For the kids: We have a pack n play, games, coloring books and a few toddler toys.

Pool Heat: $25 per day. Pool settings are all scheduled ahead of time. When purchased, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temp drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pets: We are pet friendly (Dogs Only) Bring your fur baby for a relaxing vacation! Maximum 2 dogs only for $150 fee per stay.

Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the house or outside on the patio or within 25ft of the home. A fee of $500 for Ozone cleaning will be charged.

Spring Break!

We had perfect weather!! The house was perfect for our group of 5, with plenty of room to spare. The only downfall..there were beach chairs show in the welcome book, but were nowhere to be found. We would’ve really liked to use those.

Awesome week vacation

The house was beautiful. I didn’t like having a bathroom/shower in Garage. The pool needed to be cleaned more than once a week. Had dirt on bottom and there was no skimmer to skim dirt and leaves. I would rent this property again it was close to everything.

the property is wonderful, very clean, large house with lots of space, the pool is wonderful and there is a lake in the back that you can fish, we caught fish, the only problem is the neighbors who kept taking photos of our car and everyone who was there But I think they're crazy, this happened in the first two days, but then they left us alone, wonderful environment, very attentive and attended to us whenever we asked, thank you

Almost a Great place

The property is in a very nice location and could be a great property. The living room and sitting area are very nice. There are other improvements in process, however significant issues with the pool and pool area, a partially functional stove and toaster, as well as calcium buildup, vent partially dropping from ceiling, poorly maintained outdoor space and a quite dated overall vibe are real detractors from what could be a great space.We we unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the property owner and management company to off set the issues.This is the first, less than positive, rating I have given.

Quiet Largo Neighborhood

This house has a large back yard on a canal on a cul-de-sac. The kitchen was from the 60's but everything worked well and was immaculate, We had a few maintenance issues due to the age of the house but they were promptly repaired. The only negative we encountered was the screens in and out of the lanai. There were cobwebs that it looked like had been there for a long time. We let the manager know and she said she would come over and remove them. It never happened and we just lived with them. But it was very distracting and ugly. The second bathroom was outdated but everything worked. The garage needed a good cleaning and organizing. And we had to use the garage for it's bathroom and washer and dryer.

Great home, short drive to beaches and other attractions. House was clean, our only complaint is that the upkeep on the pool area could be improved upon. All in all, a great rental. We fished from the private dock daily and caught several species of fish. Thank you for providing the basic fishing supplies!
