Get ready for the ultimate family vacation! This spacious and lovely home in Largo features a private, heated inground pool and rests next to a serene small pond. Located just 10 miles from the famous sands of Indian Rocks Beach, you're perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure. 🌊☀️

🏠 The Space:
Master Suite: Queen-sized bed with a lovely ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. 🛏️
Front Bedroom: Queen-sized bed.
Middle Bedroom: Two double beds.
Bonus Sleep Space: The converted garage features a laundry area and a fold-down futon, for the 9th and 10th guests. 🛋️
Bathrooms: A second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is located off the main hallway.

🏊‍♂️ Pool & Patio:
Heated Inground Pool: Set to 85° for your comfort. Note: Electric heaters can only raise water temps approx. 15°F above outdoor temps; no refunds for cold snaps. 🌡️
Natural Setting: The pool is open (not screened) and cleaned weekly. A skimmer net is provided for daily maintenance. 🍃
Pool heater: camera-monitored; please do not tamper with settings.

🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🚫🌬️

🏠 Amenities & Essentials:
Streaming Ready: Smart TVs are located throughout the home. Bring your login info for your favorite apps (no cable). 📺
Climate Control: For optimal system performance, the AC must remain at 70° or higher. ❄️
Starter Kit: We provide 2 rolls of TP per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, soaps, trash bags, and coffee. One set of bath/beach towels per guest is provided. 🧼
Note: We do not replenish supplies or provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, or foil.

📋 Important House Rules:
Age/Pets: Primary guest must be 25+. Documented service animals only (ESA not required per FL law). 🐾
Mail: No mail delivery available; please use a local P.O. Box. 📬

🕒 Check-In & Booking Policies:
Check-In: 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be offered on arrival morning for $50, subject to availability. 🔑
Payer Requirements: The person paying MUST be added to the booking and MUST e-sign the Rental Agreement. Instructions will be sent automatically at 3 PM on the arrival day once signed. ✍️

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (CFAR Preferred).
There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes:
Health conditions, weather, or transportation issues. ✈️
Water conditions (Red Tide or cold pool temps). 🌡️
Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): No refunds for storm threats or aftermath (closures of roads, shops, or utilities). 🌀

Drive to beach with limited parking. The home is centrally located and convenient drive to multiple destinations. The home suited our needs. Small pool and tiny back yard. Weather was cool in December. Three bedrooms with a bonus room in the garage. Public beach was nice but parking was limited at public beach. Overall, excellent home.

Awesome backyard patio and pool.

We loved sitting in the backyard patio and spent several hours swimming. Living room was cozy with large couch. The house was very clean.

Great for families

Good size house for our family of 3. Pool was great temperature and so nice to have right at the house. Good mid point lication between Tampa and Clearwater beaches. Area surrounding after leaving the neighborhood is more industrial so grocery and better eating places were 10 minutes away. Would have liked some towel racks in the bathroom adjoining the primary bedroom. We were there at the end of June and the swamp behind the house is home to frogs who were making mating calls until 4 am.

We were there because we have a great niece at Johns Hopkins Children's Hospital. Overall, the home was very nice. The dryer that was at the home didn't blow hot air and we called the property management company. They got a dryer over there the day before we left so we come home with dirty laundry which I don't typically do. Since we didn't have a dryer, we needed towels and the property management company brought some over after we called. The TV in the living room was difficult to set up. I think my husband had to talk with the property management company about that during our visit.

Wonderful!

My family and I stayed here while visiting more family in the Tampa area. We really enjoyed the pool! There were a couple of pool noodles, floats, and balls for the kids to play with. The outdoor seating area was amazing to be able to hang out in and watch the kids play. Every bedroom had a TV and the TV in the living area was huge! The couch was super comfortable! It was nice to have when we wanted to relax before bed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The extra living space in the garage was so cool! The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean! The only issue we had was the dryer was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes. It worked and would dry the clothes- just took a few times of restarting. I notified the property manager and she was apologetic. Nothing that ruined our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Overall, I would highly recommend it and would stay here again! Thank you!

No. The pond located in the backyard was way bigger than listed and to be afraid of an alligator ar any moment didnt allow us to relax and enjoy poool. Then there was a snake in oir yard. So we disnt enjoy the pool after that and left early because of it.
