Sand Dollar is perfect for a friend's getaway, two small families, or a relaxing book club retreat! The modern decor and natural wood floors throughout this home; give it a warm and inviting feeling. The large, open living room boasts plush furnishings like a new couch and two reclining chairs. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area, allowing easy entertaining.



The kitchen has new quartz countertops and a large island with additional seating. The kitchen is equipped to cook the best meals after a long day on the beach—the dining table seats up to 6. The nearby King bedroom and full bathroom with shower are perfect for those that need everything on one level.



The floating wood stairs lead you to the loft area where a twin daybed and a papasan chair provide a quiet time to cuddle up with a good book. Located on the same level are two well-furnished queen bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms has a desk and a 37" flat-screen TV. The large, full bathroom with tub and shower is shared between both bedrooms upstairs. Views of the ocean and trees can be seen from the loft area.



Enjoy outdoor living at its finest with a hot tub overlooking acres of natural wildlife. The outdoor fire pit with seating and the relaxing hot tub will surely be a favorite day after day. The enormous decking area is a bird watcher's paradise where you can see many kinds of finches, hawks, and more. BBQ and enjoy the hot tub all summer long! Sand Dollar welcomes one dog, at least two years old and flea-treated. Come and experience the Sand Dollar for yourself. We know you will love it!



Sand Dollar is located directly next to Legasea on the Pond.

The Neighborhood:

This house overlooks the wetlands on Nehalem Rd, on the Neah-Kah-Nie side of Manzanita. This residential area is quiet and close to the beach. We manage Sand Dollar and 2 other vacation rentals within walking distance to each other on this road. Great for families/groups wanting separate housing. (Just keep in mind of Manzanita`s occupancy limits)



Getting Around:

If you`re staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car, but if you are wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
