THE SPACE:
LIVING ROOM:
Step into our open-concept living room and sink into fluffy oversized wicker chairs and a plush leather couch, perfect for lazy afternoons or cozy evenings by the wood stove.
DINING ROOM: The dining area is in the open concept main living area with a spacious table for all—a delightful spot for meals and games alike.
KITCHEN:
Our fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with all the modern amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal.The kitchen maintains the open feel, ensuring you can cook up culinary delights while staying connected with the buzz of the living space. It's the perfect setup for creating lasting memories with friends and family.

BEDROOMS:
Three bedrooms on the lower level and one bedroom/ den upstairs.
1.Master Bedroom: King bed with high- end linens, en suite full bathroom, and a smart TV.
2.Guest Bedroom: King Bed
3. Kids Bedroom: Queen bed and a twin bed.
4. Bonus Room / Den: Comfy couch that doubles as a twin bed.
BATHROOMS: (3) Equipped with eco-friendly products and fluffy towels.
1. Lower level: Master bathroom with a shower and soaking tub.
2.Lower level: Guest bathroom with a shower and tub.
3. Upstairs: Half bath

THE DETAILS:
OUTDOOR SPACE: Perfect your porch-sitting game on any of our 4 decks. Three are covered and two have wind barriers to ensure cozy vibes all year round! BBQ on our propane grill or relax with your favorite beverage in the ocean air.
OR head to the backyard for a soak in the cedar HOT TUB.
THE HIDEAWAY: A separate outbuilding space that is set up for a quiet escape: Great place for yoga, meditation, or read a book in the swinging chairs.
WASHER AND DRYER: Full size and stocked with laundry detergent.
DOG-FRIENDLY: We welcome your furry friends (dogs only/ 2 max), but please note that we're not fully fenced. $50 flat fee for your stay. Your pup will be welcomed with food and water bowls, towels and waste baggies.
DEN: Upstairs there is a cozy den that can double as the 4th bedroom. You will find an additional 55 inch smart TV. We love this space to send the kids to watch tv or play games for those times you want a quiet living room. It’s also a great place to relax with a good book and a cup of tea in this private little area.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
1. We have an open stair case with a permanent safety gate. Please keep closed and locked with little ones.
2. Please make sure you have reviewed the sleeping set up. We can comfortably accommodate for 6 adults max.
3. We are not fully fenced for your furry friends. Many areas are fenced. However, there are just open areas too.
4. We do charge an additional fee after 6 guests and for pets. Make sure all guests are included in the reservation.
5. We require a $500 security deposit, which is only charged in the event of excessive damage. Prior to your arrival, a temporary hold for the deposit amount will be placed on your card, but it will be released one day after check-out. Rest assured, we will discuss any potential damages with you before charging the deposit. Our credit card processor charges a 3% fee which is not reimbursed due to a cancellation.
6. No parties or events if you have more than 7 people without clearing it with us you may be charged our $150 an hour event fee due to county regulations.
FAQ: How close are you to the main strip on Laneda Ave with the shopping and restaurants?
We are a little over a half of a mile to Laneda depending which direction you go.
FAQ: How long does it take to get to the beach?
It’s about a 7 minute walk.
FAQ: Do you have bikes and beach toys?
No we don't have bikes but you can rent them at Bahama Mama's. We do have: sand toys, 2 beach skimmers , pickleball set and a bocce ball.
FAQ: Do you have firewood?
Yes, you will find firewood on our front porch. We try our best to keep it stocked. However, guests require different amounts. In our guide book you'll see directions to a place to grab camp wood. Manzanita Fresh also sells firewood.

Our house will accommodate a max of 7 people which includes children and infants.
This is a Tillamook county regulation, please make sure your guest count is under 7 including children and infants.
-CLEANING-
It’s important for us to maintain exceptional cleaning standards. 100% plus of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.
- By renting you are agreeing to all hot tub safety rules and risks.
Please make yourself at home. We just ask that you are respectful of the space and that you will let us know asap is something is broken so we can make sure it's replaced for our next guests.
- No dogs on beds or furniture - we provide some dog blankets to cover beds and furniture in case your dog is sneaky : )
- We have the usual neighborhood rules of quiet hours between 8am-10 pm.
