Whitewater is a modern European-style home located on the north side of Manzanita in a desirable location not far from town or the beach. It offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience, offering a well-thought-out layout with two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and beautiful linens. The bathrooms boast updated fixtures, with a tub/shower downstairs and a large walk-in shower upstairs.



Large windows flood the interior with natural light, showcasing the exceptional architecture. Upon entering, you are greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room features a plush lounging sofa and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, creating an inviting ambiance. The dining area has a sleek dining table with seating for six, ideal for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dishwasher for quick clean-ups.



The highlight of this home is its incredible outdoor space. The backyard is fully fenced and naturally landscaped, creating a tranquil oasis. A spacious deck offers ample room for lounging and outdoor dining. There is a path leading to a large couples' swing, and close by is a child's swing. Whitewater allows one dog and is fully fenced in. This home is close to Beachcombers Cottage.

The Neighborhood:

Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people.



Getting Around:

No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.



Other Things to Note:

The house has an all-in-one washer/dryer. It is for guest use and laundry detergent is provided.



Interaction with Guests:

We are here when you need us! We can be reached during office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. We also have an after hours team for those things that can not wait till the next day.
