Down the hall, the central area has an open concept layout, where the living room is inviting and boasts a gas fireplace, a piano, and seating for everybody. The gourmet chef's kitchen includes high-end appliances, a pantry with plenty of room to store groceries, a center island with a stainless sink, room to prep food, and a breakfast bar. An elegant formal dining room is feet away from a sliding door leading to the back patio, making entertaining a breeze. A half bathroom and laundry area for convenience are around the corner.
