The views were stunning from our condo. We did have a lot of trouble with the entry lock. The owner has been notified. We also had an issue with the recliners, they did not work. Also, just for your information the carpets were very, very dirty. And in case you would like to know the chairs on the deck we’re starting to split and show where. It could be a very beautiful place to stay if it were more cozy. It would’ve been nice to have a couple more blankets since it had been rather chilly.

The place was not ready on time. It was dirty. The towels were still in the dryer at 5 pm. Many broken fixture and a toilet that did not flush.

Nice property.

Nice condo on lake and golf course. Easy access. Covered parking. 3rd floor with elevator access. Communication with owner not good. No instructions on listing. Last day phone call from me to him to gain access. No response to text concerning exit requirements.

Was a last minute booking, then day of was cancelled stating someone was already staying there and my reservation was “CANCELLED” and I would get a full refund- it’s over a week later and I still have not received the refund nor has the owner responded to any of my emails -

Great Location, terrible communication

The location is amazing. Unfortunately you don’t get to use any aspect of it except the condo itself. I was notified the day we were supposed to arrive that we wouldn’t be able to use the golf, pool, or spa aspect of the property without transferring a portion of the 1200 HOA dues to my name. Then once we arrived there were no details on how to utilize any of the TV/Internet etc within the condo. I even reached out to the owner to try to get some answers on how the TV worked and got no reply. The patio chairs are broken. The toilet paper holder is held on the wall with painters tape. Not even close to my usual experience with VRBO
