Relaxing & Off the beaten path but
The rental property was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could think of from dishes , games , beach towels , grill outdoor furniture.. we did encounter a couple hiccups at the beginning as far as getting to the property… every uber/lyft driver we had were directed to drop off at sabal Harbor which was a longer walking distance than sabal key… which is where we ran into our first issue we couldn’t figure out how to get the gate open.. come to find out that’s not the gate to get to the property but we were dropped there and walked our luggage in . No biggie . Sometimes the Key fab didn’t work so we had to wait until a car came in to open the gate..another issue was the pool was not open at all until the day before we were leaving… so we spent on resort day stays 2 days in a row with the 90 degree temperatures. That is not the property managements fault but definitely would have been nice to know . Thankfully we had extra money and were able to spend 400 on going out to other places . The property is 1/4 mile from Publix & Walmart we walked most of the time or had groceries delivered. The beaches are at least 40 min away just know that before you go. We really did enjoy the property and had an amazing 5 days traveling to Siesta Key beach , Anna Maria Island & Mirada Lagoon.
