A charming, modern townhouse which retains the essence of the Caribbean. Situated in a quiet location, yet only a 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island.

The sun terrace provides a private outside space, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Cool down with a dip in the plunge pool.

Watch stunning Caribbean sunsets from the hammock and immerse yourself into the typically relaxed Bajan lifestyle.

The terrace also has a dining area and BBQ.

A light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with direct access to the sun terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped. The lounge has a large sofa which can convert to a queen bed if required. Smart TV in the living area and in the second bedroom.
Ceiling fans and wifi throughout.

Bedrooms are typically Bajan with beautiful vaulted ceilings. En suite bathrooms and air conditioning compliment both bedrooms.

We have an excellent local manager who is super friendly, knowledgeable and is available to assist you during your stay.

House keeping service is included, twice a week. Pool service is included once a week.

Please note additional services, supplies and equipment are subject to additional charges.

A chef can be provided (additional cost)

You will have complete access to all of the house and pool area, which is very private.

I am loathed to give this place a good review as I would like to keep it as my little secret! What a fabulous place! Rob & Lucy couldn't have made the booking procedure any easier. Crystal the house manager was amazing as was the lovely Makayra. Beautiful house, beautiful view, everything you could want for a stay in beautiful Barbados. Thank you!

A hidden gem!!! Ignore the bad reviews....this place is great

April 2025 - We recently stayed in this townhouse and were extremely happy with what we found. A great location, a short (if just a little steep) walk from Reeds Bay (Thunder Bay Beach). The house is brilliant, especially the outside area. We stayed as a group of two couples and really enjoyed ourselves. The property managed called us the moment we arrived to make sure that we have found everything ok and the housekeeping is great too, coming to the property twice a week. The photographs dont do this place justice! The kitchen is really well equipped. There is airconditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans (and extra fans) in the living area. Ignore the negative comments, we had a couple of things to feedback to the owner/property manager about how they could make minor improvements. Overall you will not be disappointed. The house is well equipped, laid out well and is in a quiet area. One thing to consider is you may want a hire car if you struggle to walk up hill in the heat. 10/10 for me and the rest of my party

Faultless!

We absolutely loved our stay, a beautiful little villa with a plunge pool set back with sea views. Crystal was always on hand and making sure our stay was enjoyable. Mykara the housekeeper worked really hard keeping the place spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Exceptionally well stocked with all the things you would expect to have at home for your use. Property Manager was very responsive and sorted any issues quickly. Please provide a house manual to help guest get better situated quickly

Great little house

We had some initial difficulties with online communication which was quickly resolved. Once the WhatsApp connection was made with Crystal at Sotheby’s we found her very helpful but not intrusive. The home is spotless, our maid who visited twice a week was very thorough ( sorry I can’t remember her name). The plunge pool is fabulous for those tropical days.We felt safe in the neighbourhood although it seemed to be a long walk up the hill on a hot day I highly recommend the property for couples and families. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday

Hot Box of a Property

If you wish to spend your holiday living in a sauna, then this is the place for you. Described as light and airy - not a chance. Apart from bedrooms which have aircon the villa is hot, even the patio area. The ceiling fans in lounge/kitchen area just circulate the hot air. The only thing this villa has going for it is the view and the plunge pool. Arrived to find the kitchen was unclean and after a day or two found so much more wrong with this place regarding cleanliness. A huge majority of this was in kitchen - utensils, pots, etc. kettle didn't work, fridge/freezer dirty, open bins, kitchen cupboard doors, inside and out were unclean - the list goes on. There is also rust on a lot of the metal items in the villa (according to the owner - it's because they're near the sea). I've been coming to Barbados 2/3 times a year for the last 5 years and never experienced rust at any of the villas I've stayed at and most of them were a lot closer to the sea than this property. Upon my departure I wrote to owners listing all my findings in a constructive way and received a very negative response from them. In my opinion it is obvious that this villa is not being maintained as it should be.
