The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This home is literally located less that 15 minutes from and location or attraction Chattanooga has to offer. this home has recently been renovated and styled to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. There are 42 inch Tvs in each bedroom and a 65 inch in the living room with a large couch for the family to hang out. Full size greenery wall for the bachelorettes to take photos before a night out in town.

We had the best time at this gorgeous house. It was so spacious and everything was so clean. The owner was super sweet and easy to contact. I highly recommend this little house!!

Pictures properly represented the property, very new updates. Super clean, A/C keep the house cool. All my guest were comfortable. There was plenty of room for parking. Owner was professional and responsive.

Host cancels our reservation at 6:45 AM on the day of check-in. Not much I can say here….

I would not stay here again.

I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this house did not meet expectations. The location was acceptable but the amenities were not. The window shades were old and broken in multiple windows. There was sheetrock dust at the baseboards. At least 2 lights were out and 1 out of 2 bathroom sinks did not drain. In the kitchen, there was not one cutting knife and no mixing bowls. There were TVs in every bedroom, but only 1 bedroom had a remote, and that remote was broken.

Not Astonishing as Listed/Needs Repair

Holes in bedroom walls & closet, shower curtain is torn/stained, mold around bath tub and shower curtain, no chalking around bath tub, paint peeling on wall near bathtub, commode seat loose, walls stained, window blinds torn or missing, light not working in kitchen, wash cloths stained, house smells old, cracks around doors, kitchen table bench unstable & table top sticky, no hand soap in hall bathroom, etc. Garage not accessible (which was not indicated). Beds uncomfortable. Sleeps 8 not 16 as listed. Emailed host when I arrived but did not receive a response.

Chattanooga

Our main complaint with the property involved bushes at the entrance of the driveway which prevented you from seeing oncoming traffic on a very busy road. We used a spotter to get out and then had to drive to the cross street to let him in the car. It was a very unsafe situation. We also had very little communication from the property manager once we had booked. I asked 3 times for checkout procedures and had no communication until just before checkout, saying checkout is always 10:00 and no list of things that needed to be done. The online ad lists checkout as 11 and my receipt shows it as 11. The cleaning lady arrived at around 10:15 and told us we were supposed to be gone. She was not very polite. The house was fairly clean aside from a beer bottle and 3 or 4 caps in the living room. The house appears to be in the process of being renovated.

Property Nothing Like The Pictures!

If I could have given this property a 0 stars I would have. When we arrived at the property, the grass and weeds were so overgrown that it looked like an abandoned house. There were beer cans in the yard and trash bags in the driveway. After going in the property, we noticed right away that the house was nothing like the pictures! The blinds in the front window were broken and laying in the floor so there was no covering on the front window. There were holes in the walls all over the house and the bathrooms were filthy! The beds had no sheets just a quilt and there was a bad smell in the house. There are 3 doors that go outside and 2 of the deadbolts did not work. We didn’t get there until 5:30 so we quickly tried to call hotels to try to get something else. There were 9 of us so we could not find enough rooms close to us. My family were so upset I didnt think to take pics so we just sucked it up and left very early the next morning because no one was sleeping anyway. I have never had problems with VRBO rentals before this so I didn’t take pics of all the problems and waited until after we left to contact the host and vrbo. Because of that they told me tough luck and pretty much said I was lying about this house….i am telling you I am telling the truth. I want to help anyone else out who looks to book this house….it is AWFUL! Do not book this house!
