Modern and Cozy 4-bedroom home

This home includes one master bedroom, one room with 2 twin bunk beds, perfect for families with multiple children, two bedrooms with queen beds, 3 full bathrooms and two living rooms with TV in both. You can enjoy some free time playing small game table with multiple games included, such as: pool table ping pong, air hokey, foosball. There are also some board games and books available for children. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies, one complementary packet of coffee for your first pot, extra garbage bag, one paper towel roll and plenty of dishwasher tablets. Each bathroom has hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion available. There are also two toilet paper rolls included in each bathroom. Laundry room has an iron and ironing board that you can use, washing machine tablets and drying sheets. NOTE: All of the mattresses are hybrid firm. They were places specifically to fit most people and avoid back pain during your stay. However, please consider that if a firm mattress is not something that would fit your back preferences before booking.

The neighborhood is very quite. It's a dead end street so there are not many cars driving through. The area has lots of trees around and the houses are not too close to each other.
There are plenty of parking space our on the driveway and also two spaces in the garage. Access information will be sent only to confirmed guests prior to their arrival.

There are multiple grocery stores within 6 min drive. Hamilton place shopping center and restaurants are about 12 min away. Chattanooga downtown is within 30 min drive where you can find many attractions and enjoy a walk around the downtown and take wonderful pictures. This home is also located about 30 min away from famous Ruby Falls and Rock City. Both are wonderful places to see during your visit. We very much enjoy and recommend to try two ice cream places: Bluster's Real Ice Cream (5 min away) and The Ice Cream Show (Chattanooga downtown). A few of our go to restaurants around the area are Drake's and Bonefish. Our favorite coffee places are Wired Coffee Bar (12 min away), Oaks Coffee House (10 min away) and Rembrandt's Coffee House (Chattanooga downtown)
