Overall this was a nice place to stay in proximity to downtown French Lick and the casino. The condo was clean, and the sauna worked great!Hosts responded to questions quickly and no issues checking in or out.Only reason this is four stars is two things:1) The furniture and much of rooms were extremely outdated. The worst part was beds, which were not that comfortable and probably need replaced.2) The tv service was spotty during the weekend and we had trouble watching a few of the football games this weekend because the satellite dish had spotty coverage Like I said earlier, overall we enjoyed our experience there other than those two things.

Fall get away

Check in was easy, Kayla was very helpful. The villa we stayed in was spacious for our large group. We enjoyed the fireplace and watching deer from our balcony.

Beautiful Location!

The Villas are right behind the French Lick Resort. Never knew they were there until we found them on VRBO. The scenery and views are amazing, as well as the amenities. The villas are very spacious with plenty of room for all. We didn't use the sauna, but that was a nice touch. The balconies are nice, as well. My only complaint is that the villas were a little dated and could use a little TLC. But overall, an enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Condo was very dated. Outdoor area was dirty. Musty inside. Beds uncomfortable with cheap bedding.

A mixed bag

It was in a nice area but in need of updates. The check in process was horrible at 6:00 pm on a Thursday. Office was closed and phone number gives you an answering machine. Leave a message and get a call back to get in to a safe to get our key. We had a few problems and we never could get a hold of a human. Only text messages from people that had never been to the property. They seemed like automated responses and I never could get someone to call me for the three days I was there.The place has its charm but the decks look like they have not been cleaned sense before fall. On the whole we had a nice stay and the sauna is top notch.

Cute villa; weird vibes

The villa itself is pretty cute: the loft and fireplace are welcoming and homey & the spa room is a really cool addition. It was a bummer there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub though. The office is all the way at the top of the hill, which took us a minute to find, and heaven help you if you go in freezing weather and that road gets icy. We witnessed some. shenanigans in the pool area because a worker told a family to keep the kids out of the hot tub and a previous worker didn't make the kids get out, so the parent yelled at the worker and a screaming match ensued. It scared my kid who isn't used to adults fighting like that. It would be good if all the workers were on the same page about stuff like that. Overall a decent stay. We were just there to go to the water park, but we didn't want to stay in the hotel its attached to.

We had everything we needed plus the villa was nicely cleaned and stocked. We took a couple trips to the pool/hot tub as well. We would definitely stay in the villas again.
