Welcome to Heliopetra Luxury Private Villa in Lefkas Island!
The Heliopetra Villa was built to offer a unique, tranquil and extremely private experience in a magic location(South Lefkas) with breathtaking views to the Ionian Sea.
The Villa consists of two houses with independent entrances, one big infinity pool and a vast outdoor space with patio and BBQ. It can host 2-9 people.
Enjoy the fresh sea breeze blended with aromas of unspoiled nature, meditate and relax under the endless Greek sun!

The villa consists of two houses. In order to secure a private and exclusive experience, we rent both houses to the same group of visitors.
The first house of the villa-the bigger one- consists of 2 floors. The first floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room that has a sofa-bed for 1 person. There is also a fireplace. The second floor (loft style) has 1 bedroom (king size bed), 1 bathroom and one balcony with breathtaking views.
The second house, the smaller one, is located under the first house. They have independent entrances and they are connected with external stairs. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room that has a sofa-bed for 2 people.
Both houses have big balconies with amazing views of the Ionian sea and the neighboring islands (Ithaki, Kefalonia,Arkoudi). All bedrooms have balconies. All spaces are very commodious, airy and illuminated !
The villa also has a vast outdoor space which includes a patio, an infinity pool with hydromassage, BBQ ,an exterior dining table and a private parking space with 3 parking spots. Olive trees and various fragrant flowers decorate the outdoor spaces of the property.All spaces are private and excusively designed for a tranquil and unique meditating experience!

-Enjoy a peaceful and calm environement in an private location, since the nearest house is around 300 meters away from the villa!
-Access nearby beaches by car (15-20 minutes) or on foot (30 minutes through natural path). You can choose among the famous beach Agiofilli with the crystal clear waters, the organised beach Ammusa ,next to which there are some isolated beaches, or the private beach Gaidouri which is ideal for nudism and tranquility.
-The nearest village, Kontaraina, is located 5-minutes (by car) away from the property. It has very good traditional restauntants with local food and products! There is, also, a big supermarket and a bakery.
-Around a 10-minutes drive from the Villa there is the picturesque seaside village of Vasiliki. It has a lot of bars with a vivid nightlife(ideal for students and young people in general, but also family friendly) traditional restaurants, little gift shops with local products, a pharmacy, an ATM and a few supermarkets. The beach of Vasiliki is considered one of the best beaches in Europe for wind-surfing!!
-The cosmopolitan town of Lefkas, capital of the Lefkas island, is around 40 minutes away from the villa.
-The international Aktion Airport (PVK) is a 1-hour drive from the villa.
