The home was one of the cleanest and most well appointed I have ever stayed in. It was very well organized and stocked with everything needed for the perfect weekend. The deck and views are as good as they get! The property manager was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this rental!!

Property was beyond stunning, we will certainly be back!

We've always rented in the Lakeway area over the summer, but we were unaware about rentals specifically in this gated community. Prior to arriving, we had planned to spend every waking hour out and about in downtown Austin.. The second we walked in the front door, each and every one of our plans were immediately cancelled, we decided this place was too remarkable to leave! The home itself was breathtaking, everything from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the bedrooms were completely updated! There were a variety of nice touches such as spices in the pantry, waters in the fridge, slippers for each family member, games and life vests all included. The community has two lovely pools, a gym and a boat dock you're more than welcomed to use (tram access). We were pleasantly surprised when we were informed we're allowed to jump off of the dock, float around in the water or lay out on the second story. Staying at this villa was a dream come true, we will undoubtedly be back sometime soon!

Magnificent Property

The property was exceptional- stunning views of the lake, lovely furnishings, well-stocked to meet any needs we might have. The property manager was accommodating and gracious. The amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc.) were well-maintained and easily accessible. I wish we never had to leave!

2nd time around, just keeps getting better!

I hadn't been to Lake Travis in a year and I decided to come back to this condo. It was amazing to see that the condo had gone through recent renovations and furniture changes, even after everything was already brand new a year ago! We had an unbelievably great vacation boating and visiting the surrounding area. The condo has everything you could need and is luxuriously furnished. I definitely recommend this property to any family or group of friends looking for a good time in Lake Travis. We can't wait to return!

Immaculate well appointed three story condo with 180 degree view of the lake.

Upon opening the front door the most impressive interior space and magnificent views await you. The unit is quiet, well provisioned and beautiful. The owner, property manager and the gal I worked with on the reservation went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed every minute of our five day stay. Comfortable beds, nice showers and baths, open kitchen and patio overlooking the lake with a beautiful big BBQ that we used on our last night there. 20 minute drive to downtown Austin but well worth the drive for the property was special. Pools, hot tub and tennis courts with lights close to condo also part of what we enjoyed about this property. What a treat!

Outstanding Rental and Experience

Outstanding rental. I use VRBO/HomeAway around the country for family vacations and was extremely impressed with all aspects of the rental. Great location, view, exactly as they say things will be, and have added features and hospitality that I have not found anywhere else. Definitely 5 Star.

Simply Breathtaking!!

We have been going to Lakeway for many years and have stayed at several different locations. This gem has been by far the most luxurious and beautiful condo we've rented. It's in pristine condition and the comfort level is superior. The view of the now almost full lake is spectacular. I highly recommend this rental and will most definitely make this condo my go to when planning all other Lakeway getaways!

Amazing property - beautiful lake views!

This condo has that WOW factor! It is also very comfortable with special attention paid to details. Super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The views are amazing – we were content to hang out and relax on the patio overlooking the lake! Sunset was beautiful and easily visible from the condo. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony right off the master bedroom. The condo is close to everything – grocery stores, boat rentals, restaurants, etc. It was a quiet, relaxing place to stay, which is what we wanted. Ericka was very helpful and quickly answered any questions that came up. The property manager also lives next door and was happy to answer any questions for us. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything! :)

Beautiful and very well appointed property.

Loved our stay at Lake Travis. Even though it was a little too chilly to take advantage of the lake itself, we were able to thoroughly enjoy this property. Even on a gloomy day, it was light, bright and inviting. Very well equipped kitchen and the best stocked pantry. Super comfortable beds and linens. Close to great dining at the Oasis, Hudson's and the Bend and Lucy's. Great communication with Ericka...quick responses and detailed. Hope to go back when the weather warms up a bit.

This Villa on Lake Travis is the ultimate getaway!

This Villa on Lake Travis is the ultimate getaway retreat. The place is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The views are beautiful and captivating. The views in both terraces are breathtaking, but I especially enjoyed the upper terrace where I practiced yoga in the morning. This place is a sanctuary of peacefulness and beauty. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with a view of the lake. So after yoga practice, I enjoyed a relaxing bath while contemplating the lake. The bed and the linens are of great quality, so we enjoyed very restful nights. This villa is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, so we enjoyed delicious homemade meals. The owners definitely pay attention to detail and make sure you have everything you need to feel at home. They even provide delicious coffee and have a milk foamer to make cappuccino. My husband, who is a foodie and amateur chef, loved the top-notch outdoor grill right on the lower terrace. Basim, the property manager, and Erica, the owner, were very welcoming and provided all the information we needed to fully enjoy the property. My family and I fell in love with this villa and plan to rent it again. I highly recommend this property and give it the highest rating. It exceeds the 5-star ratings.

Amazing Lakefront Condo

Spent the weekend at this lovely condo on Lake Austin.  The perfect place for a getaway retreat!  The view of the lake is amazing from both the living room and the master bedroom.  The place is well appointed, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, lots of space and light.  Everything we wanted and needed!  We wished we didn’t have to leave, and are looking forward to the opportunity to go back soon!

Fabulous Vacation

We arrived and loved the property immediately. My Son, Grandson, Husband and myself have had many condo rentals and nothing compares to our stay here. The property is in excellent condition and definitely exceeded by leaps and bounds, what is shown on the internet photos. The condo is updated, super clean with new appliances, very well kept. The property has a magnificent view of the lake from two balconies. Boat/Jet Ski Rental was minutes away as well as restaurants and shopping. The views and the sunset were absolutely breathtaking throughout our stay. Our thanks to Erica who did a fantastic job making sure we were doing okay and to the owners for having the condo so well equipped with everything and more that we needed. We had a wonderful time and really didn’t want to leave. We hope to visit again very soon. Thinking our next trip could possibly be during a cool spell for a chance to get away.

Terrific Lake Condo

Our family of four, plus two of the kids' friends stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The condo itself was recently updated inside and was very nice. The view is what really makes this place special with a terrific view of Lake Travis. I would highly recommend this property for anyone. The property manager was great to work with...very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Location - Loved It!

Our family of 4, plus 2 friends stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The listing is accurate down to the last detail and was very clean an comfortable. The property manager provided the utmost attentive service imaginable and was available for any need we expressed. The place is very near several boat rental places and we enjoyed boating. The boat dock provided was great when we took a break and headed back to the condo for lunch. The property is close to many grocery stores and good restaurants. We ate at The Oasis one evening and were happy the drive amounted to about 10 minutes. This place would definitely be recommended. Definitely bring your own towels for swimming, but otherwise the place is well stocked. A Terrific Experience!

Simply the best..

There is no way to describe, the quality of the property and of the owners for giving our family a great experience in Austin. The place is gorgeous, and the view inn the terrace simply spectacular. Amazing condo and hospitable owner/agent!

This condo was just as advertised - clean, comfortable, and loaded with everything you could need on your vacation! Perfect location right on lakefront with gorgeous views from both patios, convenient day-dock for your boat (marina for rentals 5 minutes away), very comfortable pool area, and very close to grocery and numerous restaurants. The agent was tremendous - she called/texted numerous times prior to and during the stay to provide local recommendations and check on us. In fact, we had an AC leak during the stay (NOT the owners fault) and the agent AND the owner had the problem fixed within 2 hours and both called us to apologize and make sure everything else was OK! This was definitely the nicest property with the best customer service we have ever rented and will definitely return in the future.

Great condo on Lake Travis

Wonderful property well located on Lake Travis with gated access. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The third bedroom has bunk beds and was perfect for the girls. The master bedroom faces Lake Travis with excellent views. There is a workout facility on the property which was nice. Lakeway Marina was only 15 minutes away. Owners are great and take pride in the property. Would definitely come back. DS

The property is in excellent condition even exceeded by far what is shown on the internet photos. The condo is updated, super clean with new appliances, very well kept. The property has a magnificent view of the lake from its 2 balcony's. The owners were fantastic and very helpful. Thanks for the outstanding condition of the property we had a perfect vacation and family time. The main living room, the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms are super clean and very roomy. They had a person very close by that greeted and showed us the property and explained all related information on the Appliances, Wi-Fi , gates, Bluetooth & sound system, the outdoor grill and so on. AMAZING EXPERIENCE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Since the moment we walked in we were in love, the house is absolutely amazing, very spacious with anything you could possibly need to your disposal. Have done lakehouses before and i can truly say id definetely come back to this condo over all the others, just steps away from the pool and very close to the lake and stores will definetely be going back!
