Welcome to Kindling Falls, your luxury retreat in the mountains of Western North Carolina with your own private 60ft waterfall you can slide down.

This stunning 5 bedroom property sleeps 20 so that you're able to bring friends and family to experience the magic of staying here. Photos and words don't do this property justice. The beauty, hikes, restaurants, and activities of Highlands (12 miles) and Cashiers (15 miles) are just outside your door, but trust us––you won't want to leave.

Slide down the waterfall right outside your bedroom. Have bonfires on the island surrounded by a rushing stream. Swim in the natural 14ft-deep granite pool. Catch a rainbow trout right outside your door. Grill next to the sounds of the water running over the rocks. And that's just the exterior. This is a property your family will want to come to year after year and a place to make memories to last a lifetime.

Inside you'll find space for everyone with 5 bedrooms with a waterfront decks off each. Whether it's relaxing in the den surrounded by water on three sides or gathering around the table in the spacious dining room, sharing stories into the night, this home invites you to slow down.

**Gathering Spaces**
You enter the home into the Great Room with comfortable seating set before a stone fireplace, a game table for family fun and competition, and dining space to seat 12.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday meals with a 6-burner gas stove and all stainless steel appliances.

Just off the kitchen sits the heart of the home––a den with a two-story wood burning fireplace and soaring windows that give the feeling the stream is rushing beneath your feet.

The waterfall isn't only outside. There is also a spa room with an interior waterfall and built-in 10 person hot tub.

There is an additional game room with bumper pool, darts, and games.

**Sleeping Spaces**
This captivating home offers spacious rooms to gather and private bedrooms to retreat.
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed with en suite, soaking tub and shower, and the best views of the river (truly, you can step out right onto the river)!
- Bedroom 2: King bed and queen sleeper sofa and en suite, private deck overlooking the waterfall.
- Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds with two fireplaces, large en suite, soaking tub and luxury multi-head shower, private deck overlooking the waterfall.
- Bedroom 4: Cozy sleeping nook with Queen bed, shared bathroom and shared deck overlooking the waterfall.
- Bedroom 5: Bunk room with two Queens and two twins (sleeps 6), shared bathroom with sleeping nook and shared deck overlooking waterfall.
- Office: Loft space overlooking the kitchen that has a twin daybed with a trundle and private deck space.

Guests have full access to the entire home, stream, and waterfall on this 2 acre property.

This home has complete privacy and is easily accessible from a newly paved road.

We have plenty of parking on our well-maintained gravel drive.
**House Rules**
No smoking indoors. Cigarette butts left on the grounds will result in an extra cleaning charge.

Dogs are only allowed by prior approval, with a maximum of 2. A pet fee of $100 will be charged per pet. Sorry, no cats.

No moving furniture.

Parties and events are not allowed.

No glass or other breakables in or around the stream or hot tub.

**Safety**
Entering the stream and waterfall is at your own risk. The stone around the property can be very slippery. Please exercise caution. Do not leave children unattended outdoors or in the spa room. No diving in the stream, natural pool, or hot tub. No jumping off of any decks. Follow all rules posted in the Spa Room regarding the hot tub.
