Unwind in Otto at this lovely spacious cabin. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 king ensuite bedrooms, there's plenty of space for the whole family, sleeps 15. Our peaceful and welcoming property provides all the comforts you need, including a Hot Tub, fast wifi and a baby area attached to the Songbird Suite with crib and changing table. Experience the magic of Otto at our cabin and create unforgettable memories with your guests.

Bring the whole family to this great newly remodeled spacious river house w/lots of room for fun. Large 4 bedroom home w/4.5 bathrooms, all bedrooms have Ensuites. Upstairs main floor has two king bedrooms, one is a family suite w/ nursery and daybed, downstairs you will find an additional queen bedroom as well as bunk room for the kids (small & big). All family vacation must haves w/ theater room, game room, hot tub, Mountain View, fire pit, & river access. Large spacious kitchen & fast Wi-Fi.

Absolute perfect VRBO!

This place has everything you could ask for in a vacation house! We are so thankful for the time we were able to spend together as a family of 8 with all the provided activities on a creek in the perfect location to other outdoor activities(rock climbing, hiking, river rafting, waterfalls, lakes, parks, and more) the game room/ movie theater, volley ball court, hot tub, puzzles, games and more were some of the many things we enjoyed. The kitchen appliances were amazing with no detail spared! There was tons of wildlife that visited the property; deer, beavers, Hawks, rabbits, squirrels, birds to name a few. The host was amazing at communication and helped out with anything we asked for! Thank you for helping our family make memories here!

We got a peaceful easy feeling

Just what our little group needed. Very peaceful, the river was relaxing. Lots of wildlife came to visit and we really enjoyed that. House was way more then we expected. Bigger then we needed but everyone had their own space to unwind. Towns were nearby and we found lots of things to do and keep us busy. We'll definitely stay here again.

Our favorite stay yet!

We had the best time here. The house is gorgeous, the view and the stream were beautiful. The host thought of everything you’d need, so well stocked and attention to detail with everything here. Very easy to locate and get to. Extremely comfortable beds, great appliances and kitchen gadgets. Location is ideal and close to everything while still feeling secluded and remote. My kids want to move here :) we hope to come back to this property again soon!

AMAZING!

Where to begin on this property? We have stayed in many different rentals and this by far was the best house we have ever stayed in. The host clearly knows what she is doing because she has thought of everything you will need and made sure it was on site or available. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was simply amazing. It was very easy to find and not far off the main road. Clearly a lot of work was put into making this house so charming and very very comfortable. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you needed from toiletries to kitchen appliances and cookware to towels and laundry soap etc. There was so much to do right there at the house we almost didnt want to leave. The kids had a great time playing in the creek and also using the hot tub. The game room was amazing as was the home theater room. We also enjoyed the porches with the amazing views. There was plenty of space for our large family to spread out and enjoy. If I could give this house 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your remarkable home with us and we cant wait to visit again.

The house, beds, kitchen, movie room, and game room were all great, but the best part is the large green space down by the stream. Kids played outside all day and had smores before bed.

We had the best time at this home! The teens loved the hot tub and movie room (as did the adults). The kitchen was even better than it appeared on the listing! It’s completely open to the living room, so you never feel isolated when preparing meals. This was also the most clearly labeled and well stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered on our yearly Fall getaway. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities and the deck! The fire pit was great for s’mores, and the grill was wonderful. Every room having an en-suite was such a benefit! This has been the only place in a decade of trips that has us determined to come back. There’s an Ingles grocery about 10 mins from the property, and nearby Franklin was wonderful with lots of quaint shops. We especially loved Novel Escape bookstore.
