--KITCHEN--
At the heart of the home is its kitchen, providing a fully apportioned gourmet spread with two full-sized islands, two separate sinks, and a large refrigerator/freezer - perfect for the cooking enthusiast. If you enjoy morning coffee, this kitchen is equipped with a standard and drip coffee maker, with beans provided.

Connected to the kitchen is a cozy breakfast table with seating for four.

--LIVING ROOM--
Large, unobstructed windows in the living room provide a sense of immersion into nature. This expansive living area includes cozy seating and a smart TV with streaming services, so you can watch your favorite shows.

--DINING ROOM--
The dining room, overlooking the living room, includes a table with seating for eight and a warm reading nook.

--BEDS & BATHS--
This home consists of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and luxury bedding. Enjoy a relaxing shower in the ensuite master bathroom, equipped with a rainfall shower system.

The two guest bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, outfitted with comfortable memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding. Both guest bedrooms share a large guest bathroom, separated into a primary sink and entry area, and a more private bathtub zone.

A washer and dryer are available for any laundry needs. A half bathroom is connected to the laundry room.

--OUTSIDE--
The exterior offers an abundance of locations to explore. Enjoy stargazing, yoga, or sun bathing on the large upper deck with expansive mountain views. Meditate next to the Japanese Koi while surrounding yourself in the serenity of the falling water.

Directly outside from the kitchen is a large entertainment area consisting of a barbecue grill, gas fire pit, and expansive lounge seating, perfect for bringing everyone together. Complete your day by taking a dip in the hot tub.

-PETS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $25. Please let us know in advance. Max 2 dogs.

-FIREPLACE: The use of the living room fireplace and wood burning stove is prohibited.

-EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. Please contact us before booking to coordinate logistics. Parties are prohibited.
