Le encantará la combinación de la comodidad moderna y la comodidad del hogar clásico de montaña. Esta casa es una delicia durante todo el año. A solo cuatro cuadras de Heavenly Skiing en invierno (.6 millas) y subiendo la carretera desde el lago y Stateline para su disfrute de verano. Con casi 3,000 pies cuadrados y 5 habitaciones, la casa es ideal para familias. El número máximo de personas permitidas en el hogar es el siguiente: 10 para familias que incluyen niños, 9 para un grupo de todos los adultos.

La ubicación en la ladera ofrece excelentes vistas desde las numerosas ventanas. Combinado con la cubierta envolvente y el patio privado, tiene impresionantes vistas de las montañas y mira al lago. La bañera de hidromasaje en la parte trasera de la casa está ingeniosamente tallada en la ladera y ofrece privacidad y vistas.

Dos salas de estar ofrecen grandes espacios para que todos estén juntos o encuentren un lugar para retirarse para tener privacidad. El último piso de esta casa de tres niveles cuenta con la gran sala con una pared de ventanas que recubren la gran sala de estar, y ahora está amueblada con un televisor de alta definición completamente nuevo. La chimenea, los techos abovedados, los pisos de madera y la cocina del chef recientemente remodelada resaltan la calidad de esta casa. El nivel superior cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, incluida la suite principal.

El nivel medio cuenta con una habitación familiar completa con un nuevo televisor de alta definición, bar, baño y dos habitaciones. Perfecto para una familia que quiere su propia sala de estar (o la familia que quiere que los niños tengan la suya propia).

Family vacation

The property was clean, comfortable and well located. Kitchen and dining room were modern and spacious. The living room was dated and needs more chairs. Beds were comfortable and the decks were very nice. Only complaint was how narrow and short the garage and parking spaces were. Don’t bring any large SUV’s!!

Generational family vacay!

The location was nice, pretty views. The 20+ Steep steps from entry to main floor was not easy for grandparents and even younger folk carrying groceries, suitcases, et cetera. The place was really nice for our six people..lots of space, great kitchen area and living room. One bed was very uncomfortable so it was not used after the first night. The walk to ‘town’ was great but downhill...got a ride home! Super nice rental team who were responsive and easy to work with!

Also, mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. Great House Annoying Neighbor

Has a diesel truck he warms up for an hour or more and starts it very early before 6am. Maybe you guys could complain to the city since it's supposed to be quiet time before 7am.

Downstairs living area and a few of the bedrooms. 2. No trashcan in the master bath. Need to add one. 3. The dining room chairs could use some tie on pads. Very uncomfortable. 4. Couch and chair in living area are also uncomfortable. Could use and upgrade. 5. Neighbor across the street let's his loud diesel truck to warm up for 30 minutes in the morning. Super annoying.

Sunny Escape

Nice main living room that opens into the dining room and kitchen with cute bench sitting. Second living area with 2 bedrooms on the lower level which would be perfect for multiple families and or an area for the kids. We found with 4 adults and 1 toddler this home was plenty big. The main living area gets blasted by the sun all day (In the summer at least). So if you’re planning for a day in, it’ll be very very hot. We had 2 fans on, but found it was still way too hot. Probably would be more bearable during the winter. Property is managed by a company so a little different than communicating with 1 home owner. I do suggest the company communicates better amongst the team as someone from the company dropped in while we were unpacking and didn’t know anyone booked the place. Not a big deal, showed them my reservation but still was questionable. Also they note they clean the property for 4 hours...when we checked in I wiped and cleaned everything (due to Covid and wanted to make sure cleanliness before settling in) and noticed plenty dusty/dirty areas including light switches, so I doubt 4 hours is accurate. Cleaning can be better if being charged and stating 4 hours to do so. Lastly there was a hole cut out in one of the bathroom walls and I sent a photo of it once checked in. Apparently the company didn’t know about it, so that was also questionable. If the person before us did that and why didn’t someone from the cleaning crew mention it? Not sure.

Sorry for the hot summer sun--air conditioning is a rare find in Tahoe--we find that in the summer months, keeping the blinds closed during the day and opening the windows at night makes for a cooler home. Each couple had their own bedroom and the open family space for eating and relaxing was perfect (just as described). We could walk (10-15 minutes)to Heavenly ski slopes or down to the village shops (but preferred someone to pick us up to avoid uphill walk). Relaxing in the hot tub after skiing was wonderful! Everything was clean and ready to use. Our 4WD Tahoe and GMC XL were too big to park in the garage, but both fit in the driveway. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House Near Heavenly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood close to Heavenly Gondola. The view was fantastic. You can see the lake from the dining room and skiers running down the slope from another room. There are plenty of rooms for a big group of people to stay comfortably. The team and staff are very quick to respond to any questions and issues you may have. We had a wonderful time in the house for the New Year. Thank you very much!

Christmas Family Ski Trip

Spacious, warm home, easy walking distance to Heavenly California base. Comfortably accommodated two families (9 adults), and had everything we needed, including fully equipped kitchen to support Christmas Dinner. The hot tub provided welcomed relief after full days on the slopes. And Himmel Haus (also right around the corner) was a huge treat on Christmas Eve!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 rented this home for Easter break. It was a perfect floor plan for our family as we all had a bedroom! With the 3 full bathrooms, it was a comfortable arrangement. We loved the beautiful views, the quite neighborhood and the closeness to the ski slopes of Heavenly Valley.

Awesome place

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends. Great location (within walking distance of Heavenly), very clean, and a bunch of space. Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience with RnR Properties was fantastic from start to finish! They were very upfront and proactive with notifications, answering questions,etc. We had an issue with our WiFi and they responded ASAP and actually had to replace the router for us. The tech that came out to assist us was friendly and he stayed until the job was completed and we were back online! The house was just as promised! Thanks for a great vacation experience!
