Welcome to our inviting, family, and pet friendly 3-bedroom home in the heart of Byron, Georgia. Plenty of privacy, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. This home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A short drive to restaurants and shops, 20 minutes to RAFB, & 20 minutes to Downtown Macon. Whether you're here for a family vacation or business trip, our getaway promises a memorable stay.
The space
House includes:
-Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (Top bunk is a twin bed can sleep 1 with max weight of 330 lbs.; bottom bunk is a full bed can sleep up to 2 with max weight of 440 lbs.; Trundle below can sleep 1 with max weight of 330 lbs.).
*Sleeping arrangements comfortably sleeps up to 10 people; can accommodate up to 12 people for the stay, but you will need to bring an air mattress.
- Living room w/TV Streaming (WIFI provided; bring your own login). Couch is not a pull out with a bed but does extend to allow sleeping for about 2 people.
- 1 full bathroom in hallway with tub for bath or shower.
- 1 full bathroom attached to master room with deep tub and separate shower.
- 1 half bathroom downstairs.
- Private outdoor patio with privacy fence (2 chairs & table, grill, & fire pit).
- Dining space (seats 4 up to 6, 2 additional seats at kitchen counter).
- Kitchen, fully stocked. Keurig coffee pot provided with coffee pods & reusable pods to fill your own coffee if you prefer that.
- Laundry room: free to use washer & dryer (provided hypoallergenic detergent pods free of perfumes & clear of dyes).
- Free parking directly on property only in driveway (please refrain from street parking as it is not allowed).
- Professional cleaning between each guest stay.
-Outdoor security cameras on property: one located in the front overlooking parking and front yard; the second is in the back overlooking the backyard.
Guest access
Space is accessible through keyless entry. Host will send out code and/or app access instructions for keypad prior to guest arrival.
