The resort itself offers a spectacular 11,000-square-foot tropical pool with five waterfalls, a hot tub, and a children's splash area as well as tennis courts with complimentary equipment, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a playground, an on-site restaurant, and a coffee house and bar. The resort is centrally located in Destin making it easy to access local restaurants and attractions, including Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, The Track, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, June White Decker Park, and Henderson State Park.

As you enter this first-floor home away from home, a bright open floor plan will greet you. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the air-conditioned living area, offering snug sofas and a TV with a sound bar. When you are not watching entertaining shows or thrilling movies, you can head over to the well-appointed kitchen and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal. The living area opens onto a private balcony with seating, which can also be accessed from the main bedroom. Both bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
