Este condominio ofrece todas las comodidades para una relajante visita a las Montañas Humeantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de matrimonio. El baño principal como un gran paso en la ducha y una gran bañera de hidromasaje. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada ofrece electrodomésticos de tamaño completo incluyendo un lavavajillas y microondas. Comfortable, clean, great location

Our place was beautiful, spotless, and the mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING…. So comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was spacious and the view was lovely. The location was perfect - an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg, but out of the way enough to be quiet and tucked away. We will be back!

Hidden gem by SMNP

My family raved about this choice!! I wish I could credit for it, but it was blind luck. We stayed in the second condo building, and it was perfect. We had a stream right off the deck with nothing but trees and nature on the other side. And the Gatlinburg main street was only 2+ blocks away.

Love being by the river, and having a fireplace is wonderful on those chilly nights after a day in the Smokeys or shopping the strip. The staff is always accommodating and welcoming. Will always stay there anytime we come to Gatlinburg.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay. If you're looking for creek side in the woods away from traffic with a 5 minute walk to town, this is your place. It's only a few feet from National Park boundry. Recently remodeled #108 is very nice: tile floors, new appliances, 2 comfortable king beds, large flat screen TV, walk-in tile shower, nice comfortable patio furniture on spacious deck over-looking large creek (you'll want to spend time there). Park your auto once and easily walk the entire city, while staying at the most peaceful end of the city.

People did not honor the rules at the pool loud music and party until 1 am. Outside of complex was in need of repair wood was rotten and coming apart . Very dirty out side stair way and walk ways in need of cleaning. I will not stay there again!

It could use a good deep cleaning with small repairs needed, (guest bathroom toilet seat, hot & cold water faucet is in reverse order, faucet in kitchen sink leaks at the base and the sprayer doesn't work.We loved the view from the balcony and hope to return during the summer when we can enjoy sitting outside.
