This two bedroom condominium has one king bed in each bedroom and sleeps 4 persons. The main bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and a step in shower. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The large living room has a cozy gas fireplace as well as central heat and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen has full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. An individual laundry with washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo. Stayed there for the Gatlinburg Christmas parade. One of the best locations I’ve stayed. It was close to everything, but far enough away that you heard nothing but the creek below the condo. Like I said in the title probably the best bed ever. Also the best check in experience I’ve had. Not a bunch of useless questions or paperwork just straight to the point and very courteous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in 3 different units at Park Place, and this was our favorite. Why? First, it has been recently updated and it shows. Beautiful decor and comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, much more so that some other places with older, hard beds. We plan to stay in this unit whenever it's available. We have just some small criticisms. For all units, there should be more than just one dish rag and dish towel. For all units, there should be some scouring pads (something other than a dish rag) that can scrub pots and pans after cooking. For this unit, the only thing we found very uncomfortable was the small shower in the room closest to the river. You could raise your arms or turn around in it and there was no shelving for shampoos, etc. I believe it was the smallest shower I've ever used and almost impossible to use for my 6'-6" husband! I doubt the huge tub would be used that much. Maybe that should be the shower.

Great stay, as always; problem fixed as quickly as they could

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my fourth stay at Park Place, and the only time I’ve had any trouble with the room. We were in 109 and the a/c wasn’t working, and it was 90-some degrees out... I called late the first night and the next day they were there to fix it. The man that fixed it was polite and friendly, and although it took him over three hours, the a/c worked perfectly after that.
